About the Job
As our new Account Manager Ocean Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, customer focused environment and enjoys the challenge of building lasting relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
Direct sales responsibilities, ensuring customer success for your assigned accounts, handling all activities from inquiry to order.
Generate and nurture leads, converting them into orders.
Collaborate with the other teams such as Business Development, P&A and Service in order to grow the business.
Engage actively with the market, focusing on customer interactions, including regular in person engagement, understanding customer needs, and delivering product and service value.
Develop value based quotes that reflect customer needs and highlight unique selling points.
Actively follow up on quotes to ensure the proposed value is understood and matches customer needs.
Provide direct support to customers during the quotation process.
Work proactively and in a structured manner within and across teams to optimize sales efficiency.
Use CRM and other tools consistently and effectively to support the sales process and decision-making.
This position is based in one of our Nordic Sites located in Sandvika, Espoo, Søborg, Aalborg or Lund.

You are a proactive and driven sales professional with strong communication skills and a passion for building customer relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable using digital tools, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You are structured, goal-oriented, and eager to deliver value to customers while growing your career in a global company.
What You Know
To succeed in this role, we imagine you have:
Proficiency in commercial contract management and understanding.
Experience in field sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role, with a proven track record of successful face-to-face customer engagement.
High digital competence including frequent usage of CRM systems and digital communication tools.
You understand technical products and can translate customer needs into value-based solutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable communicating with individuals and teams, including at senior levels.
Strong communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language.
You know how to work collaboratively across teams to achieve sales goals.
Technical education, such as a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field would be a benefit.
