Start: Immediately | Level: Intermediate | Location: France, remote | Working hours: Fulltime (35h/week) We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager (gn) to lead the development and execution of our brand strategy in France. You should bring a genuine passion for fitness, sports nutrition, and active lifestyles, ideally combined with professional experience in the sports nutrition, health & wellness, or fitness industry. In this role, you’ll shape impactful campaigns, drive local marketing initiatives, and ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints. You’ll work closely with crossfunctional teams, agencies, and French retailers to grow our presence in the market. This role is a remote position with no local office available. You must bring the flexibility to travel to the Headquarter in Hamburg, Germany around 1x/quarter. YOUR MISSION * You develop and execute the French brand and marketing strategy by aligning global direction with local consumer insights. * You define the marketing activation calendar and lead the planning and execution of 360° campaigns across all relevant functions. * You help define the local product portfolio focus based on market needs and opportunities. * You lead integrated brand campaigns by briefing assets that are brand-compliant and tailored to the French audience. * You manage agencies appointed by TQG to ensure timely, high-quality campaign execution. * You track key brand metrics (awareness, equity, engagement) and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement. * You collaborate across teams to deliver a consistent, engaging brand experience across all D2C and retailer channels. * You lead retail media and shopper marketing initiatives with key French retailers to ensure strong brand presence both online and in-store. * You act as the voice of the French fitness and sports nutrition consumer, ensuring that campaigns, activations, and product priorities resonate authentically with the target audience. * You act as the French brand guardian, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity. * You partner with Commercial Managers and other teams to align marketing with market goals. * You stay alert to competitors, trends, and new opportunities. YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS * You have 7+ years of experience in Brand or Marketing Management, ideally within the sports nutrition, fitness, health & wellness, FMCG, or adjacent consumer goods industry. * You bring deep expertise in brand building, integrated campaigns, and consumer marketing focused on the French market. * You possess hands-on experience in D2C environments, French retail media networks, and shopper activation. * You have the ability to build impactful, consistent digital consumer journeys. * You are a strategic and creative thinker who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments. * You demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills with attention to detail. * You are confident using MS Office, digital marketing tools, and performance data to guide decisions. * You have a strong personal interest in fitness, sports, nutrition, and healthy living, allowing you to understand consumer motivations, trends, and community dynamics authentically. * You are a fluent French and English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
