ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for someone who will play a key role in driving the successful implementation of our mymediset solutions for international customers. You will lead customer projects end-to-end, managing implementations with an agile mindset while ensuring high quality, efficiency, and stakeholder alignment throughout all project phases. In this role, you will act as the central interface between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams. You will conduct customer workshops and trainings, gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, and closely support implementation, testing, and rollout activities. Strong communication and change management skills are essential, as you will collaborate with global stakeholders and guide customers through complex transformation processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITES * Project Lead of global customer rollout projects for mymediset * Lead and manage customer projects with agile methodology * Lead and execute customer requirement workshops and trainings * Collaborate closely with customers through all phases like implementation, testing and roll out * Responsible for active communication, change management and alignment with related stakeholders worldwide * You interface to the technical team, create functional specifications and work closely with the team during implementation and testing phases * Ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of SAP solutions, maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency * Around 20% travelling during project phases JOB REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s, in Computer Science or a comparable field of study * 6+ years of SAP experience in the field of logistics, especially in the SD module, more modules are preferable MM & FI/CO * Advanced knowledge in SAP ECC, S/4HANA private Cloud, FIORI Applications * Skilled project manager and team lead * Strong communication skills towards client and within the team * You have an hands-on mindset * You enjoy working in an international team and contributing innovative ideas * English B2-C1 level * Experience in the Medtech or Life science industry is a plus * Work experiences with Jira and SAP Signavio are a plus YOUR WORKPLACE Our state-of-the-art office is well equipped with modern furniture and equipment. ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager (all genders) to help shape and scale our Procurement function in Berlin. You will establish and implement strategic procurement processes, build the first material group strategies and drive their end-to-end implementation. You will prepare and lead contract negotiations and contribute to the professionalisation and digitisation of Procurement. Material Groups in Scope: * Timber / CLT (cross-laminated timber) and related engineered wood products * Steel (structural steel, connectors, fasteners, profiles) * Windows / Façade systems (glazing, frames, façade elements, seals) * MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) including HVAC, electrical components, piping and sub-assemblies WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: 1) BUILD STRATEGIC PROCUREMENT FOUNDATIONS * Establish and implement strategic procurement processes (e.g., sourcing methodology, governance, templates, KPIs). * Develop the first material group strategies (category roadmaps, supplier landscape, TCO logic, risk and sustainability criteria) and drive implementation across the organisation. * Shape supplier segmentation and SRM routines (performance reviews, development plans, risk mitigation). * Ensure cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Production, Quality and Project teams to translate requirements into scalable sourcing strategies. 2) LEAD SOURCING & NEGOTIATIONS * Own supplier discovery, RFx, benchmarking and award decisions for construction-material categories. * Prepare and execute commercial and contractual negotiations (pricing, frameworks, terms & conditions) in collaboration with Legal/Finance and key stakeholders. * Drive supplier qualification and continuous improvement with a focus on availability, quality, lead times, and total cost. * Build strong partnerships across Europe and proactively manage supply risks (capacity, market volatility, compliance). 3) ENABLE PROCUREMENT PROFESSIONALISATION & DIGITISATION (PICK YOUR IMPACT LANE) Depending on your strengths, you will own workstreams in one of the following areas to make Procurement scalable, transparent and data-driven. Process Management * Design and roll out scalable end-to-end processes (Source-to-Contract / Procure-to-Pay). * Define roles, approvals and standards; develop playbooks and templates (RFx, negotiation, contract standards). Data Analytics * Build spend and category transparency; define a KPI framework (savings, supplier performance, delivery reliability, risk). * Create decision-ready dashboards and routines for performance and savings tracking. Process Automation * Identify automation opportunities (workflows, approvals, master data, reporting) and drive implementation with tool owners. * Improve data quality and process compliance through smart tooling and standardisation. Communication & Change Management * Create change narratives, communication plans and training formats to ensure adoption of new processes and tools. * Facilitate workshops and enable stakeholders to work effectively with the new procurement set-up. WHAT YOU BRING: * 5-7 years of experience in procurement consulting OR 7-10 years of professional expertise in strategic sourcing setting up and implementing material group and dual-sourcing strategies with measurable impact. * Strong negotiation and contracting skills; structured, ownership-driven working style. * Analytical mindset (TCO, supplier performance, risk) and ability to translate insights into action. * Confident communicator, strong stakeholder management, and a collaborative approach in cross-functional set-ups. * Fluency in both English and German (min. Mission Brief We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA EWM/PP Consultant to support and further develop our global supply chain and manufacturing processes in a S/4HANA private cloud environment. In this role, you will act as a key interface to business stakeholders, driving the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Production Planning (PP) solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, translating them into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions including configuration in S/4HANA, and ensuring smooth integration across warehousing, production, logistics, and adjacent business functions. Your Role in Our Space Mission: * Lead and support SAP EWM and PP initiatives across the full project lifecycle, from blueprint and design to implementation, testing, and go-live support. * Analyze business processes in warehouse management, production planning, logistics, and supply chain, and propose efficient SAP-based solutions. * Design, configure, and optimize SAP EWM and PP processes, including inbound, outbound, internal movements, production supply, staging, and inventory processes. * Work closely with business stakeholders, key users, and the SAP team to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications * Manage change requests, perform impact assessments, and ensure system changes align with business objectives. * Support testing, cutover, hyper care, and post-go-live stabilization * Identify process improvements and drive automation and standardization initiatives. Qualification Checklist * At least 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM and SAP PP, ideally in complex international environments. * Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics and production processes. * Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA projects. * Solid knowledge of integration points between EWM/PP and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, QM, and WM. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a structured manner. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. SAP S/4HANA-Specific Requirements * Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or migration projects. * Deep understanding of the SAP S/4HANA data model and its impact on logistics and manufacturing processes. * Experience with embedded EWM and its integration with production and warehouse processes in S/4HANA. * Experience with Fiori apps, SAP standard processes, and the use of SAP best practices in S/4HANA.
