The role: The Lock Desk Specialist will be responsible for ensuring SoFi company policies and procedures related to rate locks are accurate and meet loan pricing compliance standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the mortgage industry, proficiency in relevant software, and the ability to serve as a critical point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders. This position follows a hybrid work model and requires in-office attendance 2 days per week. What you'll do: * Enforce Lock Desk policy & procedures. * Assist the company’s loan officers with rate lock maintenance, loan re-prices, and general Lock. * Monitor and track Best Effort rate locks with investors. * Confirm loan pricing accuracy and profitability. * Conduct systematic data entry for all interest rate lock requests and re-prices. * Act as the main point of contact for escalation scenarios. * Process Change of Circumstances, Loan Concessions, Lock Scrubs, and Lock Extensions. * Monitor various shared email in-boxes and perform work within SLA. * Act as a primary point of contact with the Loan Setup Client Experience Team to ensure loan terms are compliant. * Ensure the accuracy of fees; create a file structure for outbound disclosures. * Monitor robotics outcome reports and scrub loans that fail to queue back up for automation or work manually. * Coach, train, and educate teammates who are newly onboarded. What you'll need: * A four-year college degree in Finance, Economics, or another related field is preferred * 2+ years in the mortgage industry preferred * 2 + years of Encompass experience * 2+ years of Optimal Blue experience * Microsoft Excel proficiency * General knowledge of financial markets * Knowledge of TRID guidelines * Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a very fast-paced environment * Comfortable working under a high level of confidentiality * Detail-oriented and strong time management / organizational skills Compensation and Benefits The base pay range for this role is listed below. About the job Twilio is looking for a curious, action-oriented, strong financial analyst for the Deal Desk Team who lives the Twilio Magic to support our LATAM Go-to-Market motion. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: * Build and analyze financial models and pricing scenarios for standard and non-standard agreements, evaluating critical variables including pricing, discounting, term length, usage commitments, and gross margin impact. * Partner with Sales to structure commercially sound deals by analyzing tradeoffs across price, volume, and risk, ensuring all structures align with Twilio’s financial guardrails. * Act as a guardrail and educator for Sales and GTM teams, ensuring adherence to internal contracting policies, approval matrices, and discount governance. * Own the end-to-end Deal Desk operational workflow in Salesforce/CPQ (from quote building and pricing approvals to Order Form creation, DocuSign execution, and opportunity closure), ensuring 100% data integrity and policy compliance. * Establish trusted working relationships across Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Corporate Finance, and Sales to streamline deal velocity. * Collaborate with Sales and Legal to review and structure non-standard contract language within Order Forms, ensuring alignment with corporate risk and revenue recognition policies. * Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support broader business decisions and strategic initiatives. * Drive and participate in cross-functional project improvement initiatives to scale Deal Desk operations, enhance systems, and optimize internal workflows. As a Macro Research Analyst on our US Index desk in Chicago, you will partner closely with Traders to identify trading opportunities in the markets for US index futures and options. Based in our Chicago office, you will be an integral part of the trading team. You will attempt to find opportunities that other market participants may not be aware of or are interpreting in a different way. More than reporting what you see, you will translate macro context into actionable trade ideas - framing your views in probabilistic terms and with conviction, so that Traders can convert them into positions.
