We are looking for an MSP Partner Manager (f/m/x) to strengthen our Sales team in Germany.
In this role, you will be responsible for building Eye’s German managed service provider (MSP) partner network. You will identify,
sign, and enable new partners while fostering strong, long-term relationships. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across

Role Summary This role is for individuals with real cybersecurity experience who understand the pressures faced by security teams and the challenges businesses encounter in strengthening their defences. If you've worked in a cybersecurity team, led advisory engagements through a managed service provider, or helped organisations tackle security challenges, this is your chance to apply that expertise on a larger scale. As a CISO Advantage Field Specialist, you'll be the key expert for MSP partners seeking genuine knowledge. Instead of relying on slides, you'll leverage your deep understanding of advancing cyber maturity and transformation. Your role includes assisting partners in integrating CISO Advantage into their offerings, empowering their teams to deliver effective security services. Your Role at Eye * You will strategically work with our market in Germany. * You will own and manage full sales cycle from discovery to closing. * You will work directly with selling to our end customers as well as act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners (broker and MSP), ensuring strong engagement, enablement, and deal progression. * You will build and maintain pipeline creation processes, actively shaping our go-to-market strategy for Germany. * You will apply solution selling principles: identify customer pain points, sell the value of minimizing risk, and articulate why Eye’s solutions are worth the investment. * You will recognize opportunities for market growth within your assigned region and partner ecosystem. * You will serve as a primary link across the organization, facilitating collaboration between customers, partners, and internal departments to drive unified, high-impact results. * You will collaborate with Product and Marketing teams and represent Eye at industry events. Who You Are * You have experience in a commercial or sales development role (e.g. SDR/BDR), with exposure to SaaS or software sales and a solid foundation in customer discovery, qualification, and value-based conversations. * You are eager to learn about selling IT infrastructure solutions or managed services and understand how value can be created through reliability, risk reduction, and business continuity—not just cost. * You demonstrate good interpersonal skills and are comfortable building relationships with customers and internal or external partners. * You have an interest in structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC or similar) and are motivated to apply them in practice. * You are proactive, motivated, and take ownership of your work, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales role. * You are fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written) and willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
