About Maurten
Maurten fuels the fastest to gold medals and world records. Using patented Maurten Hydrogel Technology, athletes can more easily
tolerate sports fuel while training and racing. The innovation allows carbohydrates to be encapsulated in hydrogel and transported
smoothly to the intestines where they are broken down and used as fuel. Combining research–driven development alongside feedback
from runners, cyclists, and triathletes, Maurten’s fueling ecosystem enables all humans to become greater athletes.
Maurten is moving fast. We’re looking for people who share our passion for sport — and who want to shape the way athletes around
the world fuel.

ABOUT US We make web, brand, and digital marketing work for some of the world's most prestigious luxury hotel and resort brands. What sets us apart is what sits underneath. Journey is also a technology company, with three products that help hotels drive direct revenue: Manage, Market, and Book. So our creative isn't judged on how it looks alone. It's connected directly to performance, and we can see what it does. For a designer, that's rare. Your work has a measurable effect, and you get to watch it land. Beautiful and effective, not one or the other. WHAT YOU'LL DO This is a craft role on our agency team. You'll design websites and campaigns for luxury hospitality brands, from concept through to finished, on-brand work. The work is varied and fast. One week you're designing a website. The next you're building a campaign across digital advertising, email, and social. Range and pace matter, but so does the eye. We care how the details land. There's also a motion and video thread running through the work. Animated social assets, the odd launch film, bringing a campaign to life in movement as well as on the page. It's a smaller part of the role, but a real one, and the designer who can do it well is the one we want. If motion is a string to your bow rather than your whole instrument, that's exactly right. We build our web work on a shared design system, then customise it heavily for each client. So you'll be comfortable working within a system and bending it to a brand, designing with consistency in mind rather than treating every page as a one-off. Bespoke on the surface, disciplined underneath. You'll own your own projects here. Not assist on them, own them, from brief to delivery, with a senior team around you when you want a second pair of eyes. We're looking for someone ready for that step, with the curiosity to ask why something works rather than just whether it looks right. You'll also be one of the more AI-native people on the team. We expect you to design and produce with AI as a natural part of how you work, and we back people who try things and aren't waiting for permission. Topline: an ambitious designer with strong web and campaign craft, a useful hand in motion and video, and the energy to raise the level of the work around them. What you’ll do: * Design across the full agency range: websites, brand, campaigns, digital advertising, email, and social, for luxury hotel and resort clients. * Work within our design system and customise it for each client, keeping work consistent and scalable underneath while bespoke on the surface. * Take projects end to end, from brief to concept to finished artwork, owning the quality of what goes out under your name. * Develop campaign concepts alongside the wider team, contributing ideas as well as execution. * Produce pixel-perfect artwork at pace and at scale, holding a high bar for typography, layout, and detail. * Bring work to life in motion and video where it's needed, from animated social assets to short launch films. * Build presentations that sell the work, and present your thinking with growing confidence. * Use AI tools across your workflow, ideation, production, iteration, to work faster and reach further than the brief alone would allow. * Stay close to what's emerging in design, technology, and luxury hospitality, and bring it into the work. * Design websites for luxury hotel and resort clients, from concept through to finished, on-brand pages. * Design campaigns across digital advertising, email, and social, contributing ideas as well as execution. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * Around 3+ years of design experience, ideally agency-trained. * A portfolio that shows strong digital craft and range across web, brand, and campaign work. * Confident graphic design fundamentals: typography, layout, hierarchy, and a sharp eye for detail. * Familiarity with web design practice and how digital work gets built and delivered, including working within a design system. * Motion design and video editing skills, a strong plus and a real differentiator for this role. Comfortable in After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent. * A clean, contemporary aesthetic suited to premium brands. * Fluent in the core toolset: Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. * An AI-first mindset, already using AI tools in your design and production work and keen to push them further. * Curious, eager to learn, and quick to pick things up. * Able to manage deadlines and take real responsibility for your own projects. * A team player who steps in, speaks up, and backs the people around them. Nice to have: * Experience in hospitality, travel, retail, or marketplace environments. * Familiarity with behavioural design principles and their application in conversion contexts. * Experience using generative AI tools within a design workflow — ideation, rapid prototyping, research synthesis. WHAT YOU'LL GET Success is a mutual game, which is why we invest heavily in our team. We believe in true partnerships that reward equally, so in return for working with us to achieve our ambitious goals, we offer a suite of perks to complement a competitive salary, including flexible working, personal development initiatives and much more… Does this sound like somewhere you will thrive? We look forward to hearing from you soon.
