What you would do as our Head of Expansion ePARK
The Head of Expansion at ePARK is a senior commercial leadership role reporting into the Head of ePARK, and connected closely with SKIDATA’s Business Domain “Parking & Mobility”. The role is driving ePARK's growth across Europe as it scales from a recently-acquired digital & SaaS business model with start-up spirit into a strategic growth engine within SKIDATA. The role combines hands-on market expansion with organization-building, with a clear mandate to grow revenue substantially over the coming years, deepen ePARK's mobility ecosystem, and strengthen alignment & synergies with SKIDATA.
The role requires significant travel across Europe, particularly to markets ePARK is expanding into, and to SKIDATA's HQ (Salzburg/Austria).
You would also:
- Design and execute go-to-market & expansion strategies for new and existing markets, coordinating market entry in priority growth markets.
- Complete ePARK's commercial and operational alignment with SKIDATA, with an effective go-to-market approach for ePARK and SKIDATA regional sales teams.
- Work closely with the Head of ePARK to build up ascalable organization with high-performing teams and grow your own leadership scope significantly over time.
- Grow ePARK's mobility ecosystem by identifying, negotiating, and integrating strategic partnerships in alignment with SKIDATA (e.g. EV charging, mobility hubs, tech partners).
- Own delivery of revenue and mobility solution targets, balancing growth investment with EBIT targets and reporting progress to key stakeholders.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 8+ years in leadership roles with experience in commercial & business development assignments, ideally with P&L responsibility, and a proven track record of scaling businesses through profitable growth (from growth-stage to scale-up).
- Has leadership experience within B2B SaaS or a strong understanding of recurring revenue models (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, customer success), ideally with proximity to our Industry and/or Business Model (e.g.PropTech, Mobility, Security Tech, IoT, Digital Platforms, or FinTech).
- Has proven experience coordinating international market expansion — entering new countries, building local organizations/partner ecosystems, and operating across multiple cultures.
- Has strong background in complex B2B enterprise sales and strategic partnerships, including negotiating long sales cycles and building executive-level relationships.
- Has experience building and scaling teams through significant growth, combined with strong strategic and analytical capability to turn KPIs and data into execution.

The ideal person is commercially sharp and execution-oriented — someone who can think beyond quarterly targets to build long-term value, while still staying hands-on enough to drive results day to day. They build trust easily across cultures and stakeholder levels, from local market teams to senior leadership and strategic partners, and they guide by example rather than relying on hierarchy or prestige. Resilience matters here: this is a role that requires navigating organizational complexity and change with a steady hand, communicating clearly and honestly, and creating momentum and accountability within a team that will grow substantially under their guidance. Leadership responsibility will be indirect at first, growing into direct people guidance over time.
