Elektron builds state-of-the-art electronic music instruments with deep functionality and exceptional sonic capabilities.
With a track record of iconic products such as the Machinedrum, Octatrack and Digitakt, Elektron has become uniquely positioned in
the artist and producer community.
We’re now expanding our team, to push the edge of music creation and meet customer demand. With small teams, flat hierarchy, and
high emphasis on creativity, Elektron gives room for every idea to be heard. Joining the Elektron team means being trusted in your
abilities.
Do you want to be a part of the team that creates the best electronic music instruments in the world?
Elektron is looking for a hands-on and business-oriented HR Generalist who wants to support people, managers and the organisation
– while helping us build for the future.
This is a broad role in a small, international and highly ambitious company. You will work close to the business, take ownership
of operational HR and Talent Acquisition, and create practical structures that make a real difference.
Elektron emerged from the shores of the Göta älv in late-90s Gothenburg. What began as a university collaboration has developed
into an internationally recognised company creating innovative drum machines, synthesizers, samplers and sequencers.
Our instruments are used by hobbyists, professional musicians and chart-topping artists around the world – all united by the
desire to discover the right sound. Or the wrong sound. The cleanest, the nastiest and everything in between.
We place great value on the creativity and innovation that come from bringing together talented individuals with different
perspectives and experiences. We are a passionate and collaborative team, driven by curiosity, quality and the ambition to create
instruments that empower people to find their own sound.
As HR Generalist, you will have a central position in Elektron’s continued development.
You will not only manage and improve our HR processes – you will also help shape the organisation, ways of working and culture of
the future. Together with managers and the leadership team, you will create the structures and processes needed for both the
business and our people to develop sustainably over time.
The role combines Talent Acquisition, operational HR support and long-term development. You will be an accessible and trusted
partner to managers and employees while gradually building a professional, practical and business-oriented HR function.
You will report to the CFO and work closely with the CEO and leaders across R&D, Product, Operations, Support, Sales and
Marketing.
You will work across the full employee journey, combining Talent Acquisition and operational HR support with the development of
processes and ways of working.
You have relevant academic education within HR, People Management, Business Administration or a related field, combined with at
least three years of experience from a broad operational HR role.
Hands-on experience of Talent Acquisition is a requirement. You have independently managed end-to-end recruitment processes and
are comfortable working with active search, interviews, assessment, selection and candidate communication – ideally involving
specialist or hard-to-find competence.
You have experience of advising managers in both recruitment and employee-related matters. You communicate professionally in
Swedish and English, have strong digital skills and are interested in how systems, data and AI can improve HR.
As a person, you are curious, structured and thorough – but pragmatic enough to move things forward. You build trust, exercise
sound judgement and handle confidential information with integrity.
Experience from a consultancy, scale-up, technology company or another fast-moving and specialist-driven environment is highly
relevant.
Knowledge of collective agreements within Teknikföretagen, including Unionen and/or IF Metall, as well as experience of work
environment management, international HR or Employer of Record arrangements, is considered an advantage.
You enjoy supporting others and are comfortable challenging established ways of working when something can be done better. You
listen, learn and build trust before introducing new processes.
Elektron is a specialist-driven environment with high ambition, strong opinions and close attention to detail. To succeed, you
need to be prepared, credible and able to explain how your recommendations create value for the organisation.
You are likely to thrive in this role if you gain energy from solving today’s problem while also asking:
How can we make this work better next time?
At Elektron, you will have the opportunity to shape a newly established HR role and influence how the function develops.
You will work close to senior decision-makers, gain a broad understanding of the business and build processes that have an
immediate impact on managers, employees and candidates.
You will also receive senior HR mentorship during your introduction, providing support in prioritisation, complex HR matters and
the continued development of the role.
This is an opportunity to combine operational HR, Talent Acquisition, culture and organisational development in a company where
technology, creativity and music come together.
Perfect! The recruitment process is managed by PS Partner in close collaboration with Elektron.
