Job Description
The Product Owner is a leader role responsible for what, why and in what order something is done by the team. You will be working
closely with the customer and other stakeholders to build the backlog and make sure everyone has regular update´s about progress.
You are responsible for ensuring that context, goals, scope, and product domain is understood by everyone in the teams so they can
deliver the intended customer value.
You will, together with the Engineering Manager, Delivery Manager and Scrum Masters act as a central connection point for the
teams and help to solve problems and impediments on all levels – team, customer, delivery, and company. You will also participate
in activities related to way of working, requirement work and be part of driving change in your area.
* Required competence:
You have 5+ experience working as a product owner, or similar, in high performing, cross functional teams.
- You know what it takes to build and maintain large scale services including challenges in development, processes, and
operations. You have experience from inspiring, motivating and supporting teams to get things done.
- You are good at communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders and customers at all levels as well as comfortable in
facilitating and participating in architectural and technical discussions.
You know how to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, and in a variety of contexts.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills Creative thinker and problem solver Good understanding of SW Development process
and principles (Agile, DevOps, etc)
- Fluent English, in both oral and writing Key Competencies: API Integration & Adaptor Development: Proven experience overseeing
the development of API adaptors that connect heterogeneous systems, including legacy platforms, cloud services, and third-party
applications.
- Technical Product Ownership: Skilled in defining and prioritizing product backlogs with a strong understanding of REST, SOAP,
and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, MQTT).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Effective communicator who bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders,
ensuring that integration solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Complex System Environments: Experience operating in multi-team, microservice-based environments with security, compliance, and
scalability requirements.
