We are now looking for several flexible, part-time Sales Assistants for the holiday season to work in our holiday pop-up at Hede
Fashion Outlet. The store will operate from October 13th to January 13th. You will be part of a fun-loving and driven
multicultural company of people from all over the world.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Giving all customers the very best Happy Socks experience
Working with the team to achieve daily KPI’s and goals
Supporting Assistant Store Manager and Area Manager with store events and campaigns
Restocking and making sure the store is it’s most representable at all times
Requirements & Skills
Some experience from customer facing roles, preferably in retail
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
For this position, you need to have a work permit or be a Swedish/EU citizen
Most importantly, you have the personality to fit a somewhat crazy, fun work environment where we believe in color and
playfulness, a place where you can expect the unexpected and you are a source of creative weirdness. You're passionate about
delivering excellent customer service and you love our products! You're positive and solution-oriented and align with Happy Socks
brand values. It’s important to us that you’re flexible, adaptable and able to take shifts at short notice.
