We are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist for an international MedTech/Life Science company based in the
Gothenburg area.
This is an initial consultancy assignment at 75%, with an expected duration of approximately one year and a strong likelihood of
extension.
The assignment offers an opportunity to join an international organization where marketing and sales work closely together to
support business growth across several European markets.
ABOUT THE ROLE AS SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST
The company is looking for a proactive and hands-on Sales & Marketing Specialist who can support and coordinate a broad range of
sales and marketing activities across the Nordic region and selected European markets.
You will become an important part of the regional commercial organization and work closely with sales teams, distributors and
international marketing colleagues.
This is a largely operational role with a high degree of responsibility and independence. The successful candidate will be
expected to coordinate activities, drive projects forward and ensure execution across multiple stakeholders and markets.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and coordinating conferences, workshops, webinars, customer events and trade shows
Planning and executing targeted, automated customer journeys across different audiences through marketing automation
Supporting product launches and regional marketing initiatives
Coordinating activities together with distributors and sales teams across Europe
Developing, adapting and updating marketing materials
Supporting sales teams with presentations, product information, reports and commercial material
Adapting global marketing campaigns and materials to regional market needs
Monitoring activities and preparing reports and follow-ups
Coordinating communication and activities with both internal and external stakeholders
Contributing ideas and improvements to strengthen regional sales and marketing activities
About you
We are looking for a structured, driven and self-motivated professional who enjoys working close to the business and thrives in an
international environment.
You are comfortable taking ownership of your work, managing multiple activities simultaneously and collaborating with a broad
range of stakeholders.
You have experience from:
Sales and marketing coordination in an international B2B environment
Planning and executing events, workshops, webinars or customer activities
Developing and adapting marketing materials
Supporting commercial teams and sales organizations
Working in a regulated industry such as MedTech or Life Science
You enjoy creating structure, taking initiative and ensuring that activities move from plan to execution.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience within marketing, marketing coordination, commercial support or similar
Experience from MedTech or Life Science or similar regulated industri
Experience ocoordinating projects, activities or events involving multiple stakeholders
Experience creating, updating and adapting marketing materials
Experience of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Experience of Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation tools
Good knowledge of Canva and/or InDesign
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Meritorious
Experience working with distributors
Experience from international matrix organizations

This is a consultancy assignment at 75% capacity, with an expected duration of one year and a strong likelyhood of extension. The
assignment is based in Gothenburg and is expected to start in the beginning of September, or as soon as possible thereafter. The
role requires occasional travel.
