Most of our work is built in Kotlin, Go, and TypeScript, and we aim to pick the tools that best fit each project so our teams can focus on delivering the right solution. The role is broad but centered on backend. You'll work on projects for both Swedish and international companies, including systems that integrate external services, automation, and frontend clients. As a Senior Backend Developer, your role will involve: Building high-performance, and scalable systems in modern stacks that suit the project. Designing cloud-native systems with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Developing robust data models and database architectures to support application requirements. Building observable systems with the right metrics, logs, tracing, and alerting to understand and operate what we ship. Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with containerized deployments and scaling strategies. Who You Are: 5+ years of experience building and running backend services in production. Comfortable owning a system end to end, from API design to deployment and operations. Strong in at least one of our core languages (Kotlin, Go, or TypeScript), and willing to pick up others as projects demand. Experience making technical decisions on a team: weighing tradeoffs, reviewing code, and mentoring peers. A product mindset: You think about maintainability, user impact, and long-term health, not just the ticket in front of you. We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to design and build end-to-end AI solutions that enhance existing products and operational workflows. Job description As s Senior AI Solutions Engineer you will build new AI-driven capabilities and enhance existing systems, delivering measurable improvements to product capabilities in production. You will work across the full lifecycle, from problem framing and modeling to deploying usable solutions and leveraging LLMs together with traditional machine learning techniques. This is a senior contributor role with high ownership in a small and focused AI team. We expect you to have 5+ years of experience as software developer or similar role and 1+ years of experience working with production grade AI solutions. What You’ll Do * Design and implement AI solutions by leveraging LLMs * Translate ambiguous requirements into practical models, data flows, and decision systems * Integrate AI capabilities with data, tools, and business processes * Build services (e.g., APIs) to make AI functionality usable in applications * Evaluate system behavior and iteratively improve based on real usage and constraints * Contribute to internal AI development tooling (e.g. Github copilot) * Collaborate closely with Product Owners and other engineers to deliver working solutions What We’re Looking For * Senior-level experience in Applied AI prompt Engineering * Strong Python skills with the ability to build and deploy services (e.g. FastAPI) * Hands-on experience building LLM-based systems in production, including tool integration and multi-step processing and ability to make LLM-driven systems reliable in practice (e.g., evaluation, failure handling, latency and cost trade-offs) * Experience with LangGraph or similar framework for agentic systems * Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and experience with .Net API development * Willingness to collaborate closely with others and take joint team ownership for entire DevOps cycle of solutions * Ability to independently design and implement end-to-end solutions, with strong ownership of quality and strong problem-solving skills and practical engineering mindset Nice to Have * Experience with AI Foundry * Experience working with real-world, messy data * Exposure to enterprise systems or operational workflows * Experience developing and maintaining SaaS What we offer We strongly believe in working with individuals who are passionate about what they do.
