Documentation Assistant
Are you detail-oriented, structured, and looking to gain hands-on experience in an international and fast-growing company?
atNorth is looking for three Documentation Assistants to join a 9-month project focused on improving and restructuring
documentation across the organization. You will play a key role in helping us create a more organized, accessible, and consistent
documentation environment that supports teams across multiple countries and functions.
Working closely with the Document Manager and your fellow Documentation Assistants, you will help migrate, improve, and
standardize content while building valuable experience with enterprise documentation tools and processes.
This role starts on 1 October 2026 and is based at ICE01 in Reykjavik.

As Documentation Assistant, you will help improve the quality, structure, and accessibility of documentation across the business.

recently graduated, or looking to gain practical experience in a professional environment. Success in this role requires strong
attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with colleagues across multiple
countries and functions.
