WHAT TO EXPECT We're looking for product managers who own the outcome, not just the output - people who can hold the user problem, the business goal, and the client relationship in one hand while keeping delivery on track with the other. This is a delivery-led product role: you'll shape what gets built and why, then make sure it ships. Whether you're building your craft or already setting the standard, we want to hear from you. YOUR COMPETENCIES We hire across levels. Here’s what each looks like at OH-SO: Junior Product Manager You're building your product craft with close support. You gather requirements, document decisions, and translate stakeholder input into clear specs - and you're learning to connect each of those back to the user problem and business goal behind them. You support scope, budget, and delivery tracking on a single project, and you're starting to see how product decisions ripple into commercials, delivery, and client outcomes. You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) to draft requirements, synthesise research, and prepare first-pass reporting - with everything reviewed and refined before it goes further. Intermediate Product Manager (typically 2–3+ years) You own a product or workstream end-to-end, independently and with light oversight. You own the case for what gets built and why - prioritising against user value and business goals, not just shipping to spec - and you own scope, budget, and delivery against contract, handling change and scope deviations properly and keeping the commercial and delivery sides aligned. You're confident in front of clients and teams, spot risks early, and act before projects drift off course. You use AI autonomously for reporting, requirement synthesis, and scenario planning, and exercise your own judgement on quality before anything ships. Senior Product Manager (typically 5+ years) You lead product ownership across complex, multi-workstream projects. You're accountable for the product outcome - the decisions that keep what's built connected to real user needs and business reality, not only delivery against contract — while steering scope, budget, and stakeholder alignment end-to-end. You're skilled at navigating change, commercially sharp, and ready to grow beyond a single project: helping build and evolve OH-SO's product and delivery capability, and establishing the standards and ways of working the rest of the team calibrates against. You use AI to define new ways of working across product and delivery, not just execute established ones. What you bring to the table, at any level: * A proven track record in digital product work — at an agency, consultancy, or in-house team - shipping digital products, not only running projects * Experience working inside cross-functional teams alongside design and engineering, ideally in agile setups, and comfort being the voice of the user and the business in the room * The ability to turn user needs, data, and stakeholder input into clear product decisions, priorities, and trade-offs * Growing ownership of scope, budgets, and delivery, with the commercial judgement to keep them aligned (scales with level) * Confidence in front of clients and teams, and skill at navigating change and driving decisions * The ability to take complex, ambiguous information and structure it into clear plans, risks, and recommendations * A genuine interest in how AI is changing product and delivery work — and the judgement to apply it well, not just talk about it * Readiness to grow beyond a single project and help shape standards across OH-SO (grows with level) * Fluent German (C1+) and English, written and verbal
Join Voyfai, a fast-growing Series A startup shaping the future of logistics and technology across Europe. Headquartered in Berlin, we operate at the centre of a broader group of companies active across several European markets. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our Co-Founders from day one, drive meaningful impact and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Whether you're shaping how we run the company, leading strategic initiatives or building new organisational rhythms from scratch, your contributions will directly influence the success of Voyfai and the companies we support. If you're passionate about building from scratch and excited to be part of a company on the rise, we'd love to hear from you. YOUR ROLE As Trade Manager - Ocean Freight Europe (m/f/d), you will own the Asia–Mediterranean trade lane from the European side — managing member relationships, steering volume, driving allocation performance, and building Voyfai's commercial presence in the Med corridor. You will work closely with the Director of Trades and Partnerships and our Hong Kong-based team to keep origin and destination aligned across the Far East to Europe corridor. In your first six months, success means members trust you as their go-to trade contact on the Med lane, you own key carrier relationships, and you have a clear view of volume targets and allocation performance across your book. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Own the Asia–Mediterranean (Far East–Med) trade lane from the European side — managing FCL/LCL allocation performance, volume targets, and member delivery against trade commitments * Serve as the primary commercial contact for Voyfai members and group companies on the Med corridor — understanding their business, managing rate requests, and influencing volume behaviour * Lead pricing execution — balancing short-term market opportunities with long-term carrier credibility, and flagging performance gaps with corrective actions * Manage carrier relationships within your scope — supporting contract and COA negotiations, tracking allocation performance, and owning escalations where needed * Work closely with the HK-based Trade Manager and Director to keep pricing, allocations, and operational execution aligned across the corridor * Support new member onboarding and contribute to business development conversations — helping members win larger end customers through Voyfai's carrier portfolio, pricing capability, and tech platform * Contribute to building the trade management function itself — processes, reporting routines, and operating standards — in a lean, fast-moving environment WHAT YOU BRING * Solid experience in ocean freight trade management, freight buying, or procurement — hands-on with FCL/LCL, container shipping, and Asia–Europe or Far East–Med lanes specifically * Strong commercial orientation with the ability to manage and deepen member or customer relationships — a farmer mentality, not purely a hunter * Hands-on experience with carrier contracts, COA/allocation management, pricing structures, and weekly lane performance tracking * Able to set volume targets, analyse performance, and take corrective action independently — without waiting to be directed * Comfortable working across geographies and time zones with Asia-based counterparts * Based in Hamburg or the wider northern Germany area — Berlin HQ is an easy train ride away and you'd be expected to come in occasionally * Self-directed and able to operate in a lean environment where processes are still being built * Strong English, both written and verbal BONUS IF YOU HAVE * Existing relationships with major ocean carriers * Experience building a trade lane or commercial function from scratch WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive salary and equity options * A dynamic, fast-paced work environment with a mission-driven team * Flexible working arrangements * 30 days of PTO * Regular team events and offsites * Monthly mobility budget via Navit
WHAT TO EXPECT We’re looking for people who are excited by delivery, client relationships, and where AI is reshaping both — from structuring complex projects end-to-end to the AI-driven ways of working we’re building for enterprise clients right now. Whether you’re building your craft or already leading complex, multi-workstream projects, we want to hear from you. YOUR COMPETENCIES We hire across levels. Here’s what each looks like at OH-SO: Junior PCM You’re learning the profession with close support. Comfortable delivering operational tasks within an established system — tracking timings and task lists, preparing meetings, documenting decisions — while starting to understand how delivery, commercials, client-needs, and product intent connect. You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) to draft status updates, summarize notes, and prepare first-pass briefings — with everything reviewed and refined before it leaves your hands. Intermediate PCM You own small to mid-sized projects end-to-end — timings, resourcing, briefings, budgets — delivered independently with light oversight. On your projects, you manage expectations, and can spot gaps in scope, priorities, or decision-making that need clarification. You use AI confidently for first-draft briefs, status reports, capacity planning, and synthesizing client feedback, and you exercise your own judgement on quality before anything is shared. Senior PCM (typically 5+ years) You lead complex projects across multiple workstreams and disciplines from brief to outcome, owning the client relationship as primary contact at project level, the commercial health of the project, and the development of the PCMs around you. You negotiate priorities and budgets with confidence, actively surface trade-offs and product implications, and know when stronger product leadership needs to be brought in.You use AI to push further into planning and orchestration — scenario modelling, automated reporting, synthesis across workstreams — to define new ways of working. What you bring to the table, at any level: * Experience in a project management, client services, or delivery role at an agency, consultancy, or in-house team * A genuine interest in how AI is changing project delivery, client management, and commercial steering * The ability to take complex, ambiguous information and synthesise it into clear priorities, timings, and recommendations * Experience with budget planning, forecasting, and commercial steering — day rates, contribution margins, change requests (Level-dependent) * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clients and cross-functional teams alike * Openness to collaborating with cross-functional teams — from strategists to designers to developers — as well as directly with clients * Fluent German (C1+) and English, written and verbal
