Vårt oppdrag er å sørge for at alt av eiendom, bygg og anlegg som Forsvaret bruker fungerer slik det skal og er klart til bruk. Slik støtter vi Forsvarets operasjoner slik at de kan øve og operere i fred, krise, og krig.  Vi søker en lisensforvalter til IT-avdelingen vår. Er du en proaktiv person, med generell teknisk og merkantil forståelse og med kompetanse innen forvaltninga av programvarelisenser og skytjenester, kan du være den vi ser etter! Som lisensforvalter vil du jobbe tett sammen med IT Asset Manager og Junior IT Asset Manager for å forvalte og optimalisere vår lisensportefølje. Din rolle vil kreve godt samarbeid med våre ulike brukermiljøer, systemforvaltere og leverandører for å sikre at lisensieringsbehovene på våre IT-systemer og programvareportefølje på de ulike plattformene vi opererer på er ivaretatt. IT i Forsvarsbygg er en seksjon med om lag 80 ansatte fordelt på fem avdelinger. Vi har helhetsansvaret for den digitale grunnmuren til de ansatte i Forsvarsbygg, og skal levere sikre, stabile og effektive IKT-tjenester til virksomheten, samt bidra til å utvikle Forsvarsbyggs kjerneprosesser gjennom innovativ utnyttelse av IKT. Forsvarsbygg skal gjennom en digital transformasjon, med seksjon IT som en av muliggjørerne. Mulige arbeidssteder er Harstad, Hamar eller Oslo. Les mer om Forsvarsbygg på forsvarsbygg.no/jobb Arbeidsoppgaver​ • Sørge for at Forsvarsbygg til hver tid er riktig lisensiert • Holde god oversikt over lisensbeholdningen og kontroll på hvilken programvare som er godkjent i våre ulike nett • Ivareta dialog med leverandører, distributører og eksterne rådgivere innenfor lisens-området • Holde deg oppdatert på ulike lisensmodeller og forstå funksjonaliteten i programvaren for å bidra til effektiv bruk og variantbegrensning • Analysere lisensbruk og identifisere over- eller underutnyttelse, samt foreslå nødvendige justeringer for å optimalisere lisensporteføljen • Utarbeide rapporter om bruk, kostnader og samsvar, samt sikre nøyaktig og oppdatert dokumentasjon • Gi spesialisert støtte og ekspertise innen programvarelisensiering til våre brukermiljøer • Ta del i innføringen og bruken av ny SAM-modul, og bidra til å forbedre oversikt og arbeidsmåter innen lisensforvaltning Hvem ser vi etter?​ Til stillingen som lisensforvalter søker vi deg som er strukturert og nøyaktig, med god forståelse for håndtering av programvarelisenser. Du har kontroll på detaljer og evner å følge opp lisensvilkår, bruk og samsvar på en systematisk måte. Du er tydelig i din kommunikasjon og evner å formidle lisensbetingelser, behov og avklaringer til både interne brukere og leverandører, både muntlig og skriftlig. Du dokumenterer arbeidet ditt godt og har kontroll på dialog og oppfølging. Videre jobber du godt selvstendig, tar ansvar for egne oppgaver og har høy gjennomføringsevne. Samtidig samarbeider du effektivt med ulike fagmiljøer for å sikre korrekt bruk og forvaltning av lisenser. Kvalifikasjoner​ Du må ha:​ • Relevant høyere utdanning på minimum bachelornivå.
