STEP INTO THE ROLE
At MilDef, production is a strategic capability and a key part of our continued growth. We are now looking for a Production
Manager to lead our new production site in Helsingborg - one of MilDef’s two production sites.
You will have full responsibility for the Helsingborg production operations, combining strong day-to-day execution with developing
the organization and capabilities needed for continued growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and take full responsibility for production at our Helsingborg site
Secure delivery precision, quality, productivity, and operational stability
Lead and develop a high-performing production organization
Drive capacity planning, production scaling, and continuous improvement
Develop efficient production processes, structures, and ways of working
Ensure compliance with applicable quality, security, and regulatory requirements
Manage production performance, operational risks, and manufacturing economics
Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management
WHAT YOU BRING
Solid leadership experience from manufacturing or industrial production
Experience managing complex production operations and leading through growth and change
Strong understanding of production planning, quality, operational KPIs, and manufacturing economics
Experience from low-volume/high-mix production environments
A hands-on, structured, and execution-focused leadership style
Strong ability to engage people, build teams, and create followership
Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills
Experience from defense, aerospace, automotive, medtech, or another highly regulated industry is highly valued, as is experience
from scaling or establishing production operations.
