Resurs is looking for a Sales Performance Manager to lead Nordic Outbound Sales
Outbound at Resurs is on a transformation journey. Our ambition is clear: to become the leading sales organisation in the Nordics within consumer finance and deposits.
We work proactively with loans, cards, insurance and deposits across the Nordic markets. Performance matters. Volume matters. Quality matters. And leadershipmatters even more.
As a Sales Performance Manager, you will lead a Swedish sales team while being part of a Nordic sales leadership group driving this journey forward. This is not a maintenance role. It is a performance leadership role in an environment where standards are being raised.
Get an idea of the role
As a Sales Performance Manager at Resurs, you are responsible for:
🗽 Shape a high-performance culture from within 🚀 Drive real commercial impact across loans, cards, insurance and deposits 🧠 Influence how we work, not just what we deliver 📈 Develop individuals into top performers 📦 Be part of building the Nordic benchmark in outbound sales
On a personal level
✔️ Have experience leading a performance-driven sales team ✔️ Understand that sustainable results start with behaviour ✔️ Coach daily habits, structure and mindset – not only numbers ✔️ Are comfortable raising expectations and following through ✔️ Balance commercial ambition with regulatory responsibility ✔️ Work systematically with data and KPI follow-up ✔️ Take ownership in leadership discussions and contribute with perspective ✔️ Thrive in an environment where challenges are embraced, not avoided
In essence, you understand that volume is earned through disciplined behaviours. You know how to identify the few behavioural levers that truly move results. You create clarity when others see complexity. You build energy rather than waiting for it.
What success looks like
Outbound is evolving. We are raising standards, strengthening structure and building a long-term performance culture. We are looking for leaders who seechallenges as opportunities and who want to be part of shaping something ambitious.
