As a Lead Architect within our Technology Services team, you will bridge high-level technical architecture with commercial

strategy. You will act as a trusted client advisor, shaping DevOps ecosystems, platform engineering practices, and AI-driven

development tools to transform how modern engineering teams build software.

• Technical architecture: Architect and implement modern DevOps tools, GitHub Enterprise solutions, and AI/GenAI extensions into

enterprise SDLC pipelines.

• Client advisory & pre-sales: Lead technical sales discussions, articulate strategic concepts, control complex technical

scenarios, and influence enterprise client roadmaps.

• Project delivery leadership: Take technical ownership of project deliveries, mentoring and guiding your colleagues to drive

client business outcomes.

• Collaborative team leadership: You thrive with autonomy when leading client engagements, but stay deeply connected with your

internal team, measuring success by collective outcomes rather than individual spotlight.

• Technical delivery ownership: You take end-to-end technical leadership for client projects, ensuring architectural standards

and delivery excellence from kick-off to deployment.

• Measurable business impact: You deliver strong business outcomes, generate natural upsell opportunities through technical

trust, and maintain outstanding client satisfaction scores.

• Influence and solid interpersonal skills: You keep control over complex consulting situations, articulate sophisticated

architectural concepts with clarity, and confidently influence technical and business decisions at the client level.

You are a technical leader with a strong engineering foundation who excels at the intersection of architecture, pre-sales

advisory, and project execution. You take ownership of client outcomes and possess the clarity to explain complex technical ideas

simply.

• Core tech stack experience: Recent, hands-on experience (min 5+ years) with our core tech stack (SDLC, DevOps, Cloud, and AI

tools).

• Business acumen & advisory experience: Proven background in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, and leading client

discussions.

Please note: This local hybrid position is based in Finland. Candidates must currently reside in Finland and hold valid work

authorization.
