At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with
delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30
countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the
globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most
other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and
entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
THIS IS A FIXED-TERM ROLE FOR A MATERNITY LEAVE COVER FOR A MAXIMUM OF ONE YEAR.
Responsible for managing the procurement, negotiation, renewal, and governance of enterprise IT and Security SaaS across the
organization. Acts as the commercial DRI for the DoorDash Group Security unit, while also overseeing the broader IT SaaS
portfolio. Leads vendor commercial discussions to secure competitive pricing, strong contractual terms, and sustainable licensing
structures, while balancing stakeholder needs, legal and privacy requirements, and internal budget constraints.
The role requires a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape, including how vendors structure pricing and packaging, as well as
awareness of market trends, category best practices, and commercial levers that can be used to drive value. It also requires a
highly structured and disciplined approach, with strong project management skills, and a very people-oriented style. The person
must be able to build trust quickly, find common ground with demanding stakeholders, and influence outcomes with calm authority
and quiet confidence.
cross-functional and multi-stakeholder RFx processes
amendments, and contract consolidations
for value creation
This role is expected to operate with autonomy, lead complex RFx and contracting workstreams, influence stakeholders up to
Director level, and be trusted for subject matter depth, clarity of direction, and dependable delivery. The role contributes
directly to team and category-level OKRs and KPIs through measurable sourcing outcomes. The role may require occasional travel and
flexibility to work occasional evenings to accommodate collaboration with US-based vendors and stakeholders.
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire
and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens
when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
