What will you do?
As a member of the Commercial Excellence function, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Quality Management
System (QMS), strengthening process governance across the organization, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that
enhance quality, compliance, efficiency, and customer experience.
You will work closely with business leaders and process owners across the organization to ensure that our ways of working are
defined, measurable, effective, and consistently followed.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Who are you?
To be successful in the role as Quality Management Lead, we believe that you have several years of experience in quality
management, process development, operational excellence, governance, or continuous improvement. Experience working with Quality
Management Systems (QMS), process frameworks, auditing, risk management, and performance measurement is highly valued.
You have solid knowledge of process management methodologies and quality standards, preferably including ISO 9001. Experience in
driving cross-functional development initiatives across multiple countries, functions, or business units is considered an
advantage.
