Shopify Web Designer (Funnels & Landing Pages / Ecommerce)

Are you obsessed with ecommerce design, customer behavior, and creating seamless post-click experiences? Do you have the eye and the skills to design pages that are not just beautiful but built to convert? We are looking for a Shopify Web Designer for the Silvery® brand - an innovative bedding brand growing rapidly toward global recognition. You will be based at our modern office in Kalasatama, Helsinki, working closely with our creative strategy, media buying, and copywriting teams. In this role, your core mission is to maximize the value of every click. You will own the post-click experience: designing high-converting landing pages, product pages, and funnels that turn paid traffic into customers. You know what makes a visitor stay, scroll, and buy, and you obsess over every detail of the page to make sure it delivers exactly that. About Us Ventura Brands Oy is a Finnish ecommerce company founded in 2019. We have built multiple international consumer brands, served over 250,000 customers worldwide, and our products are available on Amazon as well as our own Shopify store. We are currently focused on growing the Silvery® brand (www.mysilvery.com) in the US market, a premium bedding brand using innovative technology that is rapidly gaining global recognition. We reached over €1 million in monthly revenue with Silvery® just over a year after its launch. In 2026, we are set to multiply our revenue compared to the previous year. To support this growth, we are now looking to strengthen our team. Key Responsibilities Design high-converting landing pages, product pages, and funnels with a relentless focus on conversion rate, clarity, and user experience. Continuously test, iterate, and improve existing pages, using performance data to identify friction points and opportunities to increase conversion rate, AOV, and revenue per visitor. Work in Replo and Shopify to bring your designs to life, using AI tools to accelerate your workflow and execute your vision perfectly. Work closely with media buyers, creative strategists, and copywriters to ensure the post-click experience perfectly matches the paid-traffic intent from Meta and Google. What We Expect You can design high-converting landing pages and product pages to a world-class standard. You have strong experience working in Replo and Shopify and know how to get your designs executed exactly as intended, whether through the platform's native tools or by using AI to handle anything beyond them. You are obsessed with conversion. You study great ecommerce websites, know what separates a good page from a great one, and have a strong point of view on what makes Shopify stores work. You confidently use AI tools to speed up ideation, asset generation, and execution, treating AI as a daily lever to increase your output and quality. You have a strong track record of designing and improving Shopify stores for DTC brands. You understand how paid traffic from Meta behaves after clicking an ad, and how to design pages that capture that specific intent and convert it. Excellent English skills and the ambition to grow fast within a company that is scaling internationally.
