SSI Diagnostica Group is a global in vitro diagnostics (IVD) company specializing in infectious disease diagnostics with a focus

on gastrointestinal, respiratory, and bloodborne diseases. Our mission is to help prevent, monitor, and diagnose clinical diseases

through our portfolio of quality reagents, diagnostic products, and solutions. We offer a wide range of rapid tests to help

clinicians make the right diagnosis, and we manufacture more than 60 million diagnostic tests annually, helping people receive the

right diagnosis and, ultimately, the right treatment as quickly as possible.

To support objective reading of diagnostic test results and enable transfer of results to laboratory information systems (LIS), we

have introduced the ImmuView® Reader to the market. As we continue to expand the use of the Reader platform, we are looking for a

structured and hands-on colleague to support testing, documentation, and maintenance activities related to the Reader and

associated diagnostic assays.

You will report to the Head of R&D Hillerød and become part of an R&D team of highly skilled colleagues with diverse backgrounds

and competencies, united by a shared passion for diagnostics. The team supports all phases of product development and product

maintenance across the portfolio and collaborates closely with departments throughout our global organization.

As part of the team supporting the ImmuView® Reader platform, you will contribute to testing activities related to new and

existing assays, as well as maintenance activities for the Readers already available on the market.

You will play a central role in the team working with the ImmuView® Reader and contribute to the addition of new assays to our

Reader platform, as well as the maintenance of Reader products already introduced to the market.

Your work will focus on ensuring that all assays supported by the Reader are functioning as intended and are backed by relevant

documented evidence. You will also generate and update procedures that enable colleagues to work effectively.

• Execute both formal and informal testing of Reader instrument functionality across different types of assays
• Prepare protocols and reports to document functionality tests
• Maintain and support continuous software updates across different Reader versions
• Manage and maintain the local inventory of Readers and related accessories
• Maintain Reader-related procedures in our quality management system
• Serve as superuser of the program used to extract raw data from the Readers
• Verify user guides and manuals for the Reader and assays based on the functionality available on the instrument and assay
• Ensure that the Reader documentation repository remains accurate and up to date
• Collaborate with Production and Warehouse on production and release processes for Readers and assays
• Support general R&D activities, including development of new diagnostic assays, experiments to address additional documentation

requirements for marketed products, and testing of new laboratory equipment

We imagine that you have a background as a Senior Laboratory Technician or are an Engineer within Biomedical Engineering,

Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Whether you bring many years of hands-on laboratory experience with instruments and software, or a few years of hands-on

experience combined with a strong technical foundation, we are interested in hearing from you.

• A relevant educational background (Laboratory Technician, Biomedical Laboratory Scientist, Biomedical Engineer, Biotechnology

Engineer, Life Science Engineer, or similar)

• Experience from IVD, diagnostics, medical devices, or another regulated environment is preferred
• Basic understanding of software and instruments
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and Design Control is an advantage
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• You work in a structured and systematic manner
• You are detail-oriented and motivated by generating reliable and accurate results
• You enjoy hands-on laboratory and technical work
• You communicate clearly and document your work with a high degree of accuracy
• You collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines
• You take responsibility for your tasks and contribute positively to team objectives
