About the Team: The Implementation Strategist is the strategic link between customer and our engineering team. Your key stack is
understand where the biggest customer problem stand and help find the right Agents to help our customer automate and optimize
tasks, and allow them to focus on what really matters. The team is also responsible to shape the future vision of our products by
distilling learnings from the field into the H platform.

About the Team: The Forward Deployed Team is committed to ensuring the successful implementation of our Agents to help our customer automate and optimize tasks, and allow them to focus on what really matters. The team is also responsible to shape the future vision of our products by distilling learnings from the field into the H platform. That platform empowers a wide range of professionals and businesses to safely, easily and autonomously deploy agents at scale for a broad range of tasks: from ensuring websites behave as expected to automating repeated tasks. Key Responsibilities: Understand and identify customer’s most important and impactful multi-step task to automate Seamlessly integrate with customer systems, including but not limited to databases, third-party APIs, and internal tools, etc. Rapidly iterate in the field with tight feedback loops to continuously improve product fit and drive end-to-end solution delivery Architect, build, and maintain production-grade services that scale with usage and complexity Collaborate closely with product, research, and engineering teams to shape the roadmap and align on priorities based on findings in the field Requirements: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in fast-paced environments (e.g., startups, consulting, or product teams), or otherwise proven technical acumen through projects and past experiences Experience working with AI/ML systems, especially integrating LLMs or other agentic workflows into real products Fluency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js, Java) in addition to English ;-) Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and a good sense of UI/UX tradeoffs Experience building and deploying production systems—APIs, services, infrastructure, and/or data pipelines Proficiency in integrating third-party APIs, databases, and external systems in a secure and reliable way Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, customer-facing environments Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Bias for action—able to ship quickly, iterate fast, and own the full lifecycle of solutions Willingness to travel for on-site deployments or customer engagements Location: H's teams are distributed throughout France, the UK, and the US This role will be based either in Paris, France or Remote, US The final decision for this will lie with the hiring manager for each individual role What We Offer: Be part of the founding journey of one of the most exciting AI startups shaping the future of AI and agentic systems. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, against the challenging problems our customers face. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the existing workflows are, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be. No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to: * Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points, particularly around customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents. * Own flagship deals end-to-end — from identifying the right use case to structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements) and driving them to close. * Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers: act as a trusted partner with a provisioned account, spend meaningful time onsite, and own delivery outcomes as if you were part of their team. * Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life. * Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products (e.g. ElevenAgents); including agent design, agent orchestration, production readiness to maximize adoption and impact. * Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions across different sectors globally. * Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives. * Collaborate with our Research teams to feed field insights back into ElevenLabs' platform and models, helping shape the roadmap. * Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and our broader AI technology to new and existing customers. * Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure agents reach production and deliver measurable business outcomes. Requirements * 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity. Direct enterprise customer experience is preferred. * Experience in product development, delivery, and change management * Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners. * Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, sufficient to prototype, demo, and communicate credibly with engineering teams. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; particularly the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and structure clear logic in pursuit of optimal solutions. * A proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results. * Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases. * Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks. * Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems * Multi-lingual: Mandarin/English LOCATION As we build out a team in the Singapore office, the successful candidate is preferred to be based within Singapore. We will also consider candidates based in Singapore who can travel frequently to meet with customers on-site and collaborate in person with the Singapore team.
