About Paloma
In 2024, our founders, Mark and Darshak, were shocked to find that children needing an NHS autism or ADHD assessment were waiting
4-10 years for these assessments. Delayed assessments result in children being more likely to develop mental health conditions and
fall behind in education. Furthermore, the much-needed pre/post-assessment support (outside of ADHD medications) is typically not
funded by the NHS.
These long waits have built up due to increased recognition and understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions and a lack of
investment and innovation within the NHS to meet the growing demand.
Mark and Darshak, with their 25 years of combined NHS experience, including building services that have treated over 1,000,000
patients in obesity & ophthalmology, founded Paloma to change this. Our mission is to make NHS autism and ADHD assessments and
care accessible within 4 weeks of a GP referral, and, in turn, help every child achieve their potential.
As of May 2026, we have successfully reduced waits to 3 months by;

The opportunity and what you will bring to it
Do you want to make a meaningful difference in increasing access to NHS children’s autism and ADHD care? Paloma Health is rated
4.9/5 on both Trustpilot and Google by families for the fantastic NHS care they receive.
We are looking for a Head of NHS Partnerships to drive greater access for the families we serve by convincing commissioners of the
access, quality, and efficiency benefits of working with Paloma. Our co-founders have over 25 years of NHS market access
experience, placing us in a strong position that you will build on.
You will bring a deep understanding of what NHS commissioners look for in their providers, and a track record of growing contract
value.
This is an individual contributor role; you own the commissioner relationships and outcomes that you drive. With success in the
role, you can grow into our Commercial Director, taking on responsibility for other revenue streams and a team if required.

At Beam, you get to do work that matters for the world. We’re solving the world's toughest social problems with an incredible team, tech and AI. And we’re growing fast 🚀 It’s not easy. Nothing worth doing ever is. Join a company at the forefront of social impact, driving first-of-its-kind positive change. You’ll be part of a high-performance culture where you'll make a huge impact, rapidly progress your career, and truly enjoy your work. From top-tier coaching and personal development budgets to competitive salaries, we take care of everyone who works at Beam. We’ve already seen incredible growth from our Beam Notes product, helping frontline workers save over 8 hours of admin per week. From social workers and NHS clinicians to mental health practitioners and safeguarding specialists, nearly 100,000 frontline workers across the UK, US and Australia are now using Beam Notes regularly to deliver faster, more human-centred support. ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to power Beam's expansion in Australia with our flagship platform, Beam Notes. Working in an elite team directly with some of the most senior salespeople at Beam, this pivotal role will be instrumental in driving our growth in Australia: securing landmark partnerships, establishing our impact, and directly contributing to our ambitious scaling journey. You will be at the forefront of bringing Beam Notes to key sectors, selling into state and local government, charities and NDIS providers. Beam Notes is an AI-powered tool, already used and loved by over 100,000 frontline workers, designed to dramatically reduce the administrative burden on the people delivering care. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, with real autonomy to test, refine and document the go-to-market motion as you go. You've done this before at a high-growth startup: built pipeline from nothing, closed new logos without a mature brand or playbook behind you, and left the sales motion better than you found it. YOU'LL BE * Executing our go-to-market strategy: Taking ownership of your market and driving the sales motion within it, testing, validating and deepening product-market fit in Australia. * Building and owning your pipeline: Independently identifying, engaging and nurturing prospects to build a robust, probability-weighted pipeline against ambitious sales targets. * Closing deals: Presenting the value proposition of Beam Notes, negotiating terms and closing deals with key decision-makers, including multi-stakeholder deals with longer, more complex cycles. * Cultivating strong relationships: Building trust with stakeholders at all levels of prospect organisations, from frontline leads to executives. * Building the playbook: Systematically testing, learning and documenting the strategies, messaging and processes that let us repeat and scale success. Your insights become the foundation others sell from. * Providing market feedback: Relaying insight from the Australia market to the product and leadership teams to inform product development and market strategy. * Reporting and tracking progress: Maintaining accurate records in HubSpot to enable accurate forecasting and performance analysis. YOU'LL HAVE * A track record of closing new logos at VC-backed startups: You've carried a quota and won net-new business in a high-growth, early-stage environment, where you generated your own pipeline and closed without the air cover of an established brand or a finished playbook. * Exceptional drive and resilience: You are exceptionally results-driven, persistent in the face of challenges, and possess a strong self-starter mentality. * An entrepreneurial builder's mindset: You excel in ambiguity. You see a blank slate as an opportunity, and you have a knack for creative prospecting and pipeline generation. * Proven relationship-building skills: A natural ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals at all levels, up to and including senior executives. * Top-class communication skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively. * A strategic mindset: You think strategically about market opportunities and develop effective approaches to engage potential partners. * A mission-driven ethos: You're motivated by more than commission: you want your work to have a tangible, positive impact on society. NICE TO HAVE * Experience working with or selling into state and local government, charities and NDIS providers * Familiarity with a structured sales methodology (e.g. MEDDPICC) as a tool for qualification and forecasting SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE * Consistently exceeding revenue targets through high-value, long-term partnerships * Building a strong, qualified and predictable pipeline in Australia * Providing market insights that shape Beam's Australia strategy and product development * Creating and validating go-to-market playbook components that the wider sales team builds on APPLICATION PROCESS We have a four-stage interview process, giving you plenty of time to learn about Beam while we get to know you. 1. A screening call with a member of the talent team 2. A case study and interview to present your work to our Head of GTM 3. A live role-play exercise with the hiring manager and our CCO 4. A final round interview with Beam's CEO, Alex We are accepting rolling applications for this role, with no fixed close date. PERKS * Annual leave: 23 days of annual leave, with 3 additional days reserved for the Christmas period, plus national public holidays * Sabbatical: Eligibility for a 6-week sabbatical after 3 years of service * Superannuation: Employer contributions as standard * Financial coaching: Access a personal financial well-being coach through Bippit * One-off work-from-home budget to create a comfortable & productive workstation * Mental health: Confidential access to 1:1 therapy and coaching via Oliva * Wellness budget: $400 annual WellBeam budget for personal wellness and professional development activities * Mindfulness: Free premium subscription to the Calm app * Enhanced parental leave: 18 weeks of paid leave for primary caregivers and 4 weeks of paid leave for secondary caregivers, inclusive of PLP ABOUT BEAM Our team of 200+ embraces a hybrid working approach, enjoying 2-3 days of vibrant collaboration in our beautiful Shoreditch co-working space, fully equipped with rooftop views, an onsite barista and kitted out gym. Our customers buy on trust - and this role owns it. As Head of Compliance, you'll run the operational heart of Beam's compliance function: a multi-certification portfolio, the privacy practice alongside Legal, and the customer-assurance front line with enterprise and public-sector buyers. This is a hands-on operator's role - on the audits, the processes, and the buyer conversations. You'll join Trust & Safety, reporting to our Chief Information Risk Officer (CIRO) on a deliberately flat team: a Junior Compliance Analyst and three incoming senior hires (Information Security Operations, Management Systems & Risk, and US Compliance Leads). You'll start as a senior individual contributor with a clear path to building and leading a team as we grow, and you'll act as the CIRO's deputy on compliance matters. What you'll do * Own Beam's certification portfolio end-to-end including ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, NHS DSPT, Cyber Essentials, GDPR and more, from planning and evidence to audit liaison and renewals. Three further ISO standards land March 2027; GovRAMP Core is underway in the US. * Run privacy operations: DSARs to deadline, DPIAs, the ROPA, Article 28 sub-processor governance, and breach assessment. * Lead customer assurance with enterprise and public-sector buyers (including the NHS), owning security questionnaires, due diligence, and defending Beam's positions in sales conversations. * Keep evidence continuously audit-ready in Drata, so audits are controlled, not a scramble. * Build the runbooks and cross-training that make the practice resilient. * Deputise for the CIRO on compliance decisions and escalations, setting the standard across Trust & Safety. What you'll need * Personal ownership of a multi-framework certification portfolio in B2B SaaS - ISO 27001 or SOC 2 minimum, ideally with Cyber Essentials and a health or public-sector framework (NHS DSPT, HIPAA). You've run audits, evidence, and renewals yourself, not in support. * Deep working UK GDPR knowledge you can apply without reaching for references - and the judgement to take a defensible customer-facing position fast and explain its legal basis. * A track record as a calm, credible assurance operator with enterprise and public-sector buyers, holding a proportionate line on out-of-scope demands without damaging the relationship. Nice to have * You lead without authority, coordinating work across peer specialists. * US public-sector exposure (GovRAMP/StateRAMP or US state privacy) to support handover to our incoming US Compliance Lead. * A health, social-care, or govtech background, with hands-on Drata (or similar) and customer trust portal experience.
