About us Digital Ops ApS builds AI-based B2B solutions that automate complex administrative processes. Our current focus is an autonomous AI platform that acts as a company's digital grant manager, automating the full journey from identifying relevant public and private funding opportunities, through application preparation, to project management, documentation, and reporting. Our first platform version is live and already being tested with real companies, and now we need an additional co-founder to help us bring this to market and scale it. The role We're looking for a Co-Founder to own outreach, onboarding, and project management for our partner clients. You'll be the face of Digital Ops to the businesses we serve, turning first conversations into long-term partnerships, and making sure every client gets real value from the platform. Core responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential partner clients (SMEs who could benefit from funding support) Own the onboarding process from first contact to signed partnership Manage client relationships and ongoing project delivery Act as the link between clients and our technical/product team, feeding back real-world needs Help shape go-to-market strategy as we grow What we're looking for Strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable owning outreach and closing partnerships Experience in B2B sales, client success, business development, or project management Structured and self-driven, you can own a process end-to-end without heavy oversight Genuine interest in AI, SaaS, or funding/grant management is a plus Fluent in Danish and English What we offer Co-founder / partner status this is not a salaried hire at the moment, it's a genuine ownership stake Profit share tied to the growth and success of the company The chance to shape a product and company from an early, formative stage A small, committed team already building real technology with real traction Sound like you?
