Nordics Design Agency is a Copenhagen-based interior design/staging and property development company helping homeowners, real estate agents, investors and property professionals improve the presentation, functionality and value of residential properties. We combine Scandinavian functionality with international design influence, with a strong focus on one thing: creating beautiful homes while maximising the long-term value and commercial potential of the property. We are two co-founders currently responsible for the creative, operational and strategic side of the company. We are now looking for a Commercial Co-Founder to join us and take ownership of sales, partnerships and commercial growth. The role Your primary responsibility will be to build and drive the commercial side of Nordics Design Agency in Denmark. Our immediate focus is establishing long-term B2B partnerships within the Danish real estate industry — particularly with real estate agencies and other property-sector partners. You will work closely with us, but you will ultimately take ownership of the commercial function. This includes: Building and executing our B2B sales strategy Opening doors within the Danish real estate industry Developing relationships with real estate agencies and strategic partners Building and managing the sales pipeline Conducting outreach, meetings and negotiations Closing partnership agreements and new clients Identifying new commercial opportunities within the property sector Developing a structured and scalable sales process Helping shape our pricing, partnerships and commercial offering Eventually building and leading a sales team as the company grows Initially, this is a hands-on role . We are looking for someone who is willing to make the calls, use their network, attend meetings and personally close deals — not someone who only wants to manage a future sales team. The person we're looking for Real estate experience is essential. We are specifically looking for someone who already understands and has experience within the Danish real estate ecosystem . You may have worked as or within: A Danish real estate agency Residential real estate PropTech Property development A company selling services directly to Danish real estate agencies Real estate partnerships or business development Another commercial role giving you a strong professional network among Danish real estate agents and property professionals Your exact title or background matters less than your understanding of the industry. However, general B2B sales experience without relevant real estate experience, industry knowledge or an established network is not sufficient for this role. We expect you to Speak and write Danish and English fluently Have professional experience within or directly connected to the Danish real estate industry Have an existing network or established relationships within the Danish property/real estate sector Be commercially strong and comfortable opening doors and closing deals Understand relationship-driven B2B sales Be comfortable building a sales function from an early stage Be highly independent and proactive Have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to build a company rather than simply fill a sales position Be based in Denmark, preferably Copenhagen or Greater Copenhagen What we're building Nordics Design Agency operates at the intersection of interior design, staging, property optimisation and renovation . Our services include property presentation and pre-sale optimisation, home staging, interior design and ROI-focused renovation. A major part of our next growth phase is B2B. Rather than acquiring every homeowner individually, we want to build long-term relationships with real estate agencies and other property partners who can integrate our services into the property sales journey. That's where you come in. Equity & compensation This is an equity-first co-founder opportunity rather than a traditional salaried position. We are offering up to 15% ownership in Nordics Design Agency for the right person, structured around long-term commitment, contribution and agreed milestones. There is no fixed salary initially. Compensation will consist of an agreed sales commission alongside the equity opportunity. The intention is to find someone who wants to become a genuine long-term partner in the business and participate in the value they help create.
