Are you studying law and curious about how artificial intelligence is used in practice in legal work? At Juris we build legal automations, and we are looking for legal interns who want to help build them. As an intern you become part of the daily work on the product and see how legal expertise is turned into technology. About Juris Juris builds legal automations. We take the case types and procedures lawyers otherwise do by hand, over and over, and automate them so they can run quickly, consistently and with the sources in order. We work with structured legal knowledge, including legislation, case law and legal literature, and we care about high professional quality and responsible use of AI. Juris has powered legal AI for Danish companies and the public sector since 2024. What you will do Your tasks will include: Helping build the legal automations, including mapping out how a case type is handled step by step Legal research in legislation, case law and legal literature Finding and structuring the sources and rules an automation relies on Reviewing and quality-assuring AI-generated legal answers, with an eye on accuracy, structure and use of sources Other related tasks along the way, because we are a small team and the work runs together Working with the development and product team on continuous improvements Your profile We imagine that you: Are studying law or a law-related programme Have solid legal fundamentals and work analytically and in a structured way Already use AI tools and can tell when a legal answer does not hold Are curious, self-driven and quick to learn Previous experience with AI or legal tech is not a requirement. A note on language: our sources are Danish, so much of the work is in Danish. You do not need Danish as a first language, we work in both and we will help you, but you should be comfortable reading legal texts closely. The internship Gives practical experience building legal solutions in an AI context Includes close professional sparring and room to go deep Can be adapted to your study programme and any credit requirements Is unpaid and must be a formal part of your education, for example a project-oriented placement or internship semester Practical information Location: Copenhagen / hybrid Start: spring or autumn, by agreement Duration and scope: flexible, adapted to your studies If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
