We are looking for a people-driven leader to guide our IT Operations team. You'll lead around 10 IT professionals, from Interns to Seniors, across multiple countries, helping them grow in their careers while playing an active role in shaping Emma's IT direction globally.
Please note that this role requires periodic presence at our Lisbon office.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking an experienced and visionary Information Technology Manager to provide strategic technology leadership and operational oversight for our global IT function. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership to define and execute Evora’s IT strategy, drive digital transformation initiatives, strengthen cybersecurity and governance, and ensure reliable global IT operations.
