Your mission
We're looking for a Talent Partner to help us attract and hire exceptional commercial and G&A talent during an exciting period of growth. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to identify, engage, and hire people who will help shape Frontify's future.
In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting across a range of commercial and G&A positions, helping us build quality talent pipelines while creating a thoughtful and engaging experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. Through collaborative partnerships and a proactive approach to sourcing, you'll play a key role in supporting Frontify's continued growth.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with an ideal start date in September 2026.

Your mission We're looking for a Senior Talent Partner to jump in and make an immediate impact in hiring across Product and Engineering at Frontify. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys collaborating closely with hiring managers, and can drive full-cycle recruiting with efficiency and care. You’ll play a key role in keeping momentum high during a busy hiring season—owning everything from sourcing to offer while ensuring a great candidate and stakeholder experience. THE ROLE The Fraud Risk Management team ensures that GoCardless adopts, implements and maintains innovative and appropriate controls as we have a duty to banking partners, regulators, schemes, merchants and their customers to review and monitor accounts and transactions with the utmost care. As a Fraud Investigator you’ll be working as part of a small, close-knit team, conducting fraud investigations, with the aim of protecting GoCardless from fraud, financial and reputational risk. On a daily basis you will: * Monitor the risk alert queue and identify high risk behaviour within the business portfolio * Conduct fraud investigations within service level agreements to reduce potential revenue losses * Attain a thorough understanding of GoCardless’ product, policies and processes WHAT EXCITES YOU * The opportunity to work in a high performing team and make important daily decisions that can make an impact on GoCardless’s future success * Having the opportunity to learn more about data and how to use it to make informative decisions across the business * Working in a global fraud team where you can share experiences and learn from other team members who come from a variety of industries WHAT EXCITES US * You have some experience in a fraud investigations role or similar and are looking for your next challenge * You use logic and reasoning to separate legitimate behaviour from suspected illicit activity * You understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making * You use your written English skills to strike the right tone with internal and external stakeholders. * You’re driven by initiative, and understand the impact of every decision you make on our merchants * Results-focused: You can prioritise, organise, and show initiative and willing to get the job done We don’t expect you to meet every requirement. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point (€1,600 - €2,000) of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. THE ROLE You will be the first point of contact for GoCardless users and partners, resolving their queries, improving their onboarding experience, and helping them to navigate the GoCardless product. You’ll also be verifying new accounts to ensure they meet the guidelines and are able to transact safely on the GoCardless platform. You will be speaking to English-speaking clients on a daily basis through emails, chats and phone calls. You’ll also be collaborating with internal teams such as Payment Operations, Engineering, Customer Success, and more… In doing this role, you’ll develop a thorough understanding of financial services, particularly in bank payments, direct debit, and open banking. Here, you will have the opportunity to grow with a business that’s looking to pioneer a new age of payments. We work with tools such as Zendesk, Slack, Jira, and more, so if you’re familiar with those - you’ll be ready and set.
