At hyperexponential, we're building the AI-powered platform that enables the world's most critical decisions in a $7 trillion
industry - which risks to take, and how to price them. These are the decisions that shape real-world outcomes: whether rockets
successfully launch into space, autonomous vehicles make it to market, or communities recover after major storms.
Until now, insurance has been making billion-dollar decisions using outdated tools. We're changing that. Our platform brings
together data, AI, and human expertise to give insurers the fastest path from submission to decision - helping them move faster,
act smarter, and take on more risk with confidence.
Backed by a16z, Highland Europe, and Battery Ventures, we're scaling globally - already trusted by nearly 50 of the world's
largest insurers, with zero churn and billions in premiums flowing through hx.
What began as a single product in one market has rapidly evolved into a multi-product, multi-territory platform powering every
stage of pricing and underwriting. AI is at the core of what we do - from building the world's first domain-specific AI peer
programmer for insurance (think GitHub Copilot with a PhD in actuarial science) to shaping agentic workflows that reinvent how
this industry operates.
What makes hx different is the people who build it. Here, impact isn't tied to title or tenure; it's defined by the challenges you
take on and the discipline you bring. Surrounded by peers who stretch you, you'll do the best, hardest work of your life in a
company engineered to endure.
If that sounds like you, join us in building what comes next.
Corporate Marketing at hx builds trust and mental availability — so the people we care about know what we stand for. We are a team
of creatives, designers, brand storytellers, and experience makers, and we create the brand fuel that powers everything: the
design, video, and creative output that turn awareness into measurable signals through owned media, thought leadership, and
executive communications.
This is a hands-on, AI-native team where experimentation is expected and creative judgement matters as much as execution speed. We
stay involved from concept through to delivery, we hold a high bar for craft excellence, and we expect the same from everyone we
work with.
As Multimedia Creative Lead, you'll own the development and delivery of creative output across formats, set the quality bar for
visual storytelling, and ensure hx's brand shows up with consistency and impact across every touchpoint. This role sits at the
heart of how we bring who we are and what we're building to life — visually, creatively, and across every format we show up in.

ABOUT THE DESIGN TEAM We’ve just wrapped up a stellar first year of Design at hyperexponential. We have built a lean team of six, spanning Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Engineering, with experience from organisations like Miro, InVision, V7, Lakera, and QuantumBlack. Over the past year, we’ve reimagined both the platform and the hx brand through our new design language, Xpression, giving hx a distinct edge in an increasingly competitive market. We’re a tight-knit, highly creative group who believe in showing rather than telling, staying curious, and pushing for deep craft excellence. We value systems thinkers, creative flare, generalists and specialists, and the kind of genuine collaboration and trusted relationships needed for radical candour. At hx, design leads from the front and not the sidelines. We are proud of our work so far and understand the responsibility to help our organisation see what comes next. As we grow, we’re intentional about bringing in designers with unique skill sets and perspectives - people who can elevate the team and expand what we’re capable of. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Designing intuitive, accessible product experiences across the hx platform, translating complex problems into clear, usable solutions with a focus on evolving our model developer experience from 0 → 1. * Partnering with product managers, engineers, and researchers to support discovery, ideation, and delivery on well-scoped product initiatives. * Contributing components and patterns to our design language system, Xpression, helping ensure consistency and quality across the product. * Maintaining a high bar for design craft through thoughtful interaction design, visual clarity, and iterative improvement based on feedback and data. * Using AI tools within your own workflow to support research synthesis, exploration, and prototyping, helping the team move faster without sacrificing quality. * Supporting AI-native discovery and collaboration by bringing structured design thinking into cross-functional work. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE DONE * Experience designing end-to-end product experiences that are grounded in user needs and deliver clear value. * Hands-on experience working within a design system, including contributing or refining components and patterns. * A strong foundation in design craft, with attention to usability, accessibility, and interaction quality. * Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering in a cross-functional product team. * Demonstrable use of AI-enabled tools in your design workflow, applied thoughtfully to enhance—not replace—human judgment. * Clear communication skills and comfort participating in critique, feedback, and collaborative problem-solving. IS THIS ROLE FOR YOU? Time for some candour. Stepping into a new role is a big decision and we want to be transparent about what it feels like to work in the Design team and the type of mindset that helps people thrive at hx. Does this align with your own approach? * AI maximalists - We’re all-in on AI. As a lean team, It’s central to our pace, our craft, and our workflow. Every day we’re experimenting, inventing, and building our technical acumen. If that excites you, you’ll fit right in. * Owning ambiguity - Everyone here shares the responsibility of navigating ambiguity. As Designers, we operate with a high degree of autonomy and are expected to lead others through shifting problem spaces with clarity and conviction. * Radical candour - We separate our identity from our ideas. It’s the only way to build the trust required for real conversations and for producing our best work. Feedback flows freely here because we’re optimising for the success of the collective, not the ego of the individual. If reading our Culture Document leaves you feeling neutral rather than energised, hx may not be where you’ll do your best work. We’re building something that asks for commitment and conviction - and we want you to feel genuinely excited by the chance to grow with us. COMPENSATION At hx, we’re committed to salary transparency. Hi, I'm Lucy - hx's Head of Talent. I joined hx nearly five years ago when we were 15 people. We're 250 today. Building this team has been some of the best work of my career, in large part because of the people on it. I'm learning constantly, especially as we keep tackling things that have never been done before. We're now post-Series B and scaling globally. We're also all in on AI - and that means navigating a real transformation in how we think about teams, how we hire, and how we run as an international business. None of it is settled, and that's the interesting part. So I'm hiring a Talent Partner to join our London team and own hiring across the business - technical and non-technical alike - with the judgement to partner closely with our leaders. Most of all, I'm looking for someone genuinely excited to navigate that transformation with us, rather than wait for the answers to arrive. This is a hybrid role, based in our London office. We're a fast-moving team, and being in the room together is how we build, learn and move at the pace we do. We're looking for someone who's genuinely excited by that, not just willing. Sounds interesting? Read more about us below. ABOUT HYPEREXPONENTIAL (HX) At hyperexponential, we're building the AI-powered platform that enables the world's most critical decisions in a $7 trillion industry: which risks to take, and how to price them. These are decisions that shape real-world outcomes - whether rockets successfully launch into space, autonomous vehicles make it to market, or communities recover after major storms. Until now, insurance has been making billion-dollar decisions using outdated tools. We're changing that. Backed by a16z, Highland Europe, and Battery Ventures, we're scaling globally. AI is at the core of what we do: from building the world's first domain-specific AI peer programmer for insurance (think GitHub Copilot with a PhD in actuarial science) to shaping agentic workflows that reinvent how this industry operates. ABOUT THE TALENT TEAM We're a team of six. Lean, ambitious, and aiming to operate at the frontier of what AI-leveraged hiring can look like. We're all in on AI, and we know we can't afford to get comfortable - AI is changing fast, and so must we. Increasingly, we're becoming a team of generalists who love solving problems. The lines between technical and non-technical hiring matter less than they used to; what matters is judgement, craft, and the willingness to pick up something unfamiliar and figure it out. We're also builders. Anna is building an AI-native interview coach. Oskar is building our own candidate portal. Cait has redesigned our go-live workflow. Dan is going deep on quality of hire. We use a best-in-class stack: Ashby, Metaview, SourceWhale, plus a growing set of agentic sourcing tools - and if you're still hungry, you build your own. Something I've come to value most about this team is that the work we get to do here isn't really possible everywhere. hx is unusually and deeply invested in hiring - across the leadership team, not just inside Talent. The hiring bar is real, partnership is the operating mode, and people treat us as part of the decision rather than support around it. That's rare. A lot of what makes Talent at hx different - our rituals, our stack, our hiring philosophy - lives on our Talent hub page. Worth a read before you apply. ABOUT THE ROLE This role reports to me directly. As a Talent Partner, you'll own hiring across the business end-to-end - both technical and non-technical. That spans engineering, product and data hires through to GTM, customer success, partnerships, marketing and the operational roles that keep a scaling company moving. Some of these will be senior, ambiguous searches; others will be high-volume craft. It's a genuinely varied portfolio, and we're looking for someone who's energised rather than daunted by that breadth. This is also a role with real sourcing depth. We're looking for someone who knows how to generate engagement and replies - someone whose craft turns cold talent into a real pipeline of conversations, across very different talent markets. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING This is a doer role. We care deeply about execution and, alongside it, the experience we create for candidates and hiring managers. Prioritisation, sense of urgency, judgement and the ability to deliver consistently in a fast-paced environment are non-negotiable. The partnering, brand-building and system-level work all sit on top of getting the daily craft right. Own hiring end-to-end across technical and non-technical roles - from senior, ambiguous searches through to the volume hiring that builds out our teams. Operate as an AI-leveraged builder. Ship your own automations, build your own dashboards, design AI-native workflows for hiring, and raise the bar for what a modern talent function can do. Run a sourcing-led operation. Design the targeting, build the messaging, and run the patterns that turn cold talent into committed hxers - across both technical and non-technical markets. Help build hx's brand - contributing to employer branding initiatives and using every candidate conversation as a way to build hx's reputation in the market. Bring market intelligence back to the business as a regular input - where the bar is moving, what's shifting in comp and expectations across the roles you cover. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE DONE * Owned and delivered across a real breadth of hiring at a high-growth SaaS, fintech or AI company - ideally spanning both technical and non-technical roles, and comfortable moving between them. We're an insurtech, so the book can also include specialist hires like actuarial talent - a rarer but meaningful part of what makes this role interesting. * Closed candidates with multiple competing offers - including from top-tier competitors or candidates whose stated motivations didn't match their actual ones. * Used Ashby, Greenhouse, or similar ATSs as a builder, not just a user - designed your own dashboards, shipped your own automations, brought data forward as the opening move in stakeholder conversations. * Operated in an AI-leveraged talent function: built workflows with AI tooling, shipped automations, and have strong, current opinions on what good looks like in this space. * A generalist's instinct: you're the kind of person who enjoys picking up an unfamiliar problem and figuring it out, rather than staying in a single lane. WHY HX Your AI fluency will accelerate here. You'll work alongside a team that's actively building - interview coaches, candidate portals, sourcing agents, custom workflows - and you'll have the time, tooling and budget to push your own craft hard. If you're someone who learns by building, this is a rare environment to do that in. You're joining a generational business at a real inflection point. hx isn't an early-stage bet. We have nearly 60 of the world's largest insurers as customers, exceptional NRR (genuinely rare) at 125%+, billions in premium flowing through the platform, and backing from a16z, Highland Europe, and Battery. You get the rare combination: a varied craft role with the freedom to build, and the strong backing of a company that's already winning. BENEFITS * £5,000 training and conference budget for individual and group development. * 25 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays (33 days total). * Company pension scheme via Penfold. * Mental health support and therapy via Spectrum.life. * Individual well-being allowance via Juno. * Private healthcare insurance through AXA. * Income protection and Life Insurance. * Cycle to Work Scheme ADDITIONAL PERKS: * Top-spec equipment (laptop, screens, adjustable desks, etc.). * Regular hackathons, lunch & learns, and socials, both remote and in-person, to foster collaboration and creativity. * Team breakfasts and lunches, fully stocked snacks and drinks, and a fun, creative office at The Ministry. * Access to cutting-edge AI tools and experimentation budget, giving you the freedom to test, learn, and innovate ahead of the market. ABOUT THE SALES TEAM Sales at hx is driving exceptional growth in one of the world’s most complex industries, partnering with globally recognised insurers including Aviva, Markel, Munich Re, Beazley, and others across EMEA and the US. This is where AI, SaaS, and specialty insurance converge, and where we help leading insurers transform how they underwrite and price risk. Our Strategic Sales team works on the largest and most complex opportunities at hx: multi-year, seven-figure partnerships that sit at the centre of our customers’ underwriting and pricing transformation. These deals involve long, high-touch sales cycles and require you to win the trust of actuaries, underwriters, IT leaders, and C-suite executives. This is not transactional sales. The people who thrive here take ownership of ambiguity, build deep credibility with customers, and solve problems others can’t. They move seamlessly between strategy and execution, shaping how enterprise insurers adopt and scale AI-powered decision-making. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Own and execute a strategic territory plan across the UK and EMEA, building and closing a pipeline of high-value opportunities with enterprise insurers in your named accounts. * Consistently deliver and exceed enterprise revenue targets by closing seven-figure, multi-year partnerships that become long-term, strategic relationships rather than one-off wins. * Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders including C-suite, actuarial, underwriting, and technology leaders, positioning hx as a long-term transformation partner rather than a point solution. * Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with structure and discipline, qualifying deeply, managing risk, and maintaining control from first conversation through to close and handover. * Orchestrate cross-functional teams across pre-sales, product, professional services, and leadership to deliver cohesive, high-impact engagements that move deals forward and set customers up for successful adoption. * Represent hx in the market and build enduring customer relationships, using industry events, executive forums, and ongoing account engagement to unlock additional value for clients and support hx’s long-term growth and category leadership. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE DONE * Sold B2B SaaS in complex, enterprise environments, ideally into regulated, technical, or analytical buyer groups such as financial services or insurance. * Consistently delivered against enterprise-level quotas, with a proven track record of closing multi-year, high-value new business deals and driving expansion within strategic accounts. * Led structured, rigorous sales processes using methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar, and can point to specific deals where this discipline helped you qualify deeply, manage risk, and keep control of long cycles. * Built credibility with senior stakeholders, including C-suite, actuarial, underwriting, and technology leaders, by demonstrating depth of understanding, sound commercial judgement, and an ability to navigate complex organisations. * Operated in long, high-touch, multi-stakeholder sales cycles where success depended on education, alignment, and trust, translating complex technology and abstract value into clear commercial outcomes. * Owned a territory with care and discipline, using tools like Salesforce for accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and planning, and demonstrating an ownership mindset in how you drive outcomes. YOU’RE UNLIKELY TO THRIVE HERE IF * You prefer highly prescriptive sales playbooks and predictable cycles over ambiguity, problem-solving, and taking ownership of complex situations. * You are looking for a transactional sales role rather than one that demands strategic thinking, long-term relationship-building, and territory ownership. * You are uncomfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, challenging thinking, or representing the company in high-profile external forums. If reading our Culture Document leaves you feeling neutral rather than energised, hx may not be the place where you'll do your best work. We're building something that asks for commitment and conviction, and we want you to feel excited by the opportunity to grow with us.
