ABOUT WARP Warp is the AI-native Employee Management Platform for ambitious companies. Our platform includes HRIS, payroll, IT, benefits, tax compliance, and more - all built from scratch on an AI-native architecture from day 1. Warp embeds itself into every part of a company's people operating layer, we process over half a billion $ annually in payroll, on track to grow to $2B. Legacy vendors in our space built their businesses by profiting from complexity. Warp is built from day one for AI to be the primary operator, not a feature. Every advance in LLM capability widens our lead. We hire people who ship constantly, own outcomes, and care about craft. We're in the office five days a week because speed and proximity are a competitive advantage at this stage. If you want to build something that automates an entire category of core work, not just another point solution, this is the place. We've raised over $85M from top investors like Ashton Kutcher/Sound Ventures, Y Combinator, founders of Dropbox, Replit, SV Angel, and Homebrew Capital. Built by an obsessive team from MIT, Ramp, Brex, Google, Dropbox, Apple, and more. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to own Warp’s social presence. We are looking for someone who lives on X and LinkedIn, spots trends before everyone else, writes copy people actually stop to read, and knows how to turn company momentum into compelling storytelling. One minute you're announcing a product launch, the next you're turning a payroll regulation into a meme people want to share. You'll work directly with leadership, product, engineering, recruiting, and marketing teams to tell the story of what we're building. If you're chronically online, naturally funny, obsessed with internet culture, and know the difference between content that gets impressions and content that builds an “inevitable” brand, we'd love to meet you. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own strategy and execution across Warp's LinkedIn and X accounts. * Build and scale executive brands and voices across social channels. * Capture moments throughout the week and transform them into authentic founder content. * Grow Warp's social channels by XXXK+ followers over the next year while increasing meaningful engagement and reach. * Build and maintain an editorial calendar around product launches, company milestones, hiring, customer stories, and industry moments. * Track performance across channels, identify what's resonating, and use data to continually refine our content strategy. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Your friends think you are funny. * You are Twitter/X and LinkedIn native. You genuinely understand how each platform works and what makes content spread. * You are chronically online. You're early to trends, deeply familiar with internet culture, and probably communicate in memes more than you'd like to admit. * You can write exceptionally well. We'd trust you to write executive content without extensive editing. * You have strong design instincts and can create polished graphics, carousels, memes, and lightweight motion content. NICE TO HAVE * You have grown a company, personal or founder account into a meaningful audience. * You have worked with founders or executives on personal brand strategy. * Know your way around Claude Design, Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools. * Have experience producing short-form video. * Have worked at a fast-growing startup. * Have opinions on the best SaaS Twitter accounts. BENEFITS AT WARP: * 100% Health Coverage: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your dependents. * 401(k) Matching: Start investing in your future from day one. * Unlimited PTO: We offer flexible PTO, meaning you’re trusted to take the time you need to recharge while balancing your responsibilities and team commitments. * Commuter Benefits: Pre-tax commuter benefits for your daily trip to our NYC office. * Catered Lunch Daily: Great food, every day, on us. No meal prep, no decision fatigue. * Quarterly Offsites: Beautiful locations to connect as a team. Past locations include Spain and Catskills. Warp is based in New York City, and we prioritize candidates who can commit to being on-site 5x per week. Please refer to the top of this page for this position's hiring location.
