We’re looking for a Group product manager to join our product team. This role sits at the heart of the Seccl platform, shaping the
core capabilities that our clients rely on to build and scale their investment propositions. You’ll focus on delivering a stable,
flexible platform while continuously improving the experience for both adviser and fintech clients.
You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, translating them into clear product direction and ensuring we’re
building solutions that support a wide range of business models and customer journeys. From core platform capabilities to
client-facing experiences, your domain will play a critical role in how firms deliver value to their end investors.
You won’t lead a single squad day-to-day. Instead, you’ll lead multiple Product managers across several squads, setting direction,
aligning priorities, and driving strategic initiatives across your domain. You’ll work closely with two other GPMs to shape the
end-to-end platform roadmap.

YOUR CHALLENGE At Blacklane, we're redefining what premium mobility looks like and making it sustainable in the process. As we scale globally, the systems that power our chauffeur network are becoming as important as the experience we deliver to guests. That's where you come in. We are looking for a Group Product Manager to lead our Chauffeur Domain: the engine behind how chauffeurs join our platform, how supply is managed, how rides are priced and dispatched, and how our marketplace operates at scale. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at the intersection of operations, data, and product and it's one of the most complex and consequential domains in the company. What you will own You will lead a domain of five teams and five Product Managers, each with their own roadmap and KPIs. What You'll Do * Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for SoSafe's platform capabilities: user and identity management, authentication, access control, platform extensibility, and demo infrastructure. * Own the roadmap for enterprise-critical features including SCIM-based user provisioning, SSO/SAML, role-based access control (RBAC), and our external API and integration surface, balancing immediate enterprise requirements with long-term platform scalability. * Own SoSafe's demo infrastructure, the environments, tooling, and configuration management that Sales and Solutions Engineering rely on to run credible enterprise demonstrations. Your Profile * 7+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a B2B SaaS business. * Proven track record of owning platform, infrastructure, or enterprise-readiness products with direct commercial impact, such as identity and access management, platform extensibility, integration ecosystems, demo or sandbox infrastructure, or enterprise administration and compliance capabilities. * Conceptual fluency in enterprise authentication and provisioning standards, SSO (SAML/OIDC), SCIM, OAuth, RBAC. You don't build them, but you lead credible technical conversations with engineering teams and security-conscious enterprise buyers. * Demonstrable mastery of outcome-oriented prioritisation, particularly across the tension between long-term platform investment and short-term enterprise deal requirements. * Exceptional cross-functional leadership, with experience aligning Engineering, Security, Sales, Legal, and executive stakeholders around a coherent platform strategy. * You're comfortable operating in high-complexity, high-stakes technical domains where reliability and security are non-negotiable constraints, not afterthoughts. There are a few things that are highly beneficial, but not essential, for this role: * Experience at a company selling to enterprise security teams or IT buyers, where you've navigated procurement security reviews, compliance requirements, or InfoSec audits. * Hands-on exposure to platform extensibility in practice, API design standards, developer experience, versioning, rate limiting, webhook patterns, or partner ecosystem development. * Hands-on exposure to demo or sandbox environment management, understanding what it takes to keep demo environments stable, data-fresh, and representative of production across rapid release cycles. * Familiarity with the identity provider landscape (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra) and how enterprise IT teams integrate SaaS tools into their identity infrastructure.
