We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale GetGround's customer acquisition strategy and paid acquisition engine. Paid media is one of GetGround's most important growth levers, and you'll have end-to-end ownership of strategy, execution, optimisation, and budget allocation across our acquisition channels. You'll be accountable for driving efficient growth through platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance and unlock scale. Beyond channel management, you'll play a key role in shaping acquisition strategy across the wider customer journey. You'll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Commercial teams to improve conversion, strengthen measurement, develop experimentation programmes, and influence how we invest in growth. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep hands-on performance marketing expertise with strong commercial thinking and a desire to influence company-wide growth strategy.
