do, then you’ve found the right place.

Our mission at Goodstack is to revolutionize how the world does good 🌎.
As a fast growth, AI-native social impact startup, we power global change through technology. We enable companies to seamlessly
integrate positive impact into what they do through a unified platform while supporting nonprofits in gaining access to
cutting-edge technology and finding new funding streams.
Global brands, including Google, OpenAI, TikTok, LinkedIn, HSBC, Atlassian and Twilio - as well as thousands of nonprofits,
including the Red Cross, Cancer Research, and Oxfam - use Goodstack to make a difference.
In 2025 alone, we facilitated $5 billion in donations to good causes. But this is just the beginning. We're building the world’s
leading platform that powers donations to nonprofits globally.
To keep our momentum and deliver consistently high value to our partners, we need incredible people to help us on our journey – we
need you 🫵
JOIN US AS A AS REVENUE OPERATIONS MANAGER TO HELP BUILD THE OPERATING ENGINE BEHIND OUR GROWTH
You will work across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Solutions, Customer Success, and Ops to make sure the revenue engine is well run,
well instrumented, and built for the next stage of growth.
We are specifically looking for someone who is deeply AI-native in how they operate. This is not a traditional RevOps role focused
purely on process management and reporting. We want someone who instinctively uses AI, automation and modern tooling to increase
leverage, reduce manual work and accelerate decision-making across the GTM organisation. We strongly favour candidates who can
demonstrate unusually high leverage through AI and automation.
Own the GTM operating engine
Strengthen pipeline and reporting infrastructure
Drive process excellence
Help scale automation
Improve commercial workflow coordination

To keep our momentum and deliver consistently high value to our partners, we need incredible people to help us on our journey – we need you 🫵 JOIN US AS AN FP&A AND COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER! Working with the VP Finance, you will be the go-to commercial finance partner for the Founder-CEO, COO and leadership team, building the FP&A function from scratch and owning everything from the financial model to analysing business line performance to transaction support. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy and commercial operations — it is not a back-office role. If you want to understand every part of the business, influence decisions at the highest level, and help build a finance function that is ready for a transaction, this is the job. YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: FP&A & FINANCIAL PLANNING * Build and maintain the company's financial model, revenue, cost, headcount, and cash, with scenario and sensitivity analysis. * Own the annual budget and rolling forecast process, working with all business functions to set and track targets. * Produce monthly budget vs actuals variance analysis with clear commentary and insight for the leadership team and board. * Develop business line P&Ls to give the business visibility into how each product and segment is performing. * Build and own the investor-ready financial narrative and supporting materials for fundraising and M&A processes. COMMERCIAL FINANCE & BUSINESS PARTNERING * Act as the primary commercial finance partner to the VP Finance and leadership team — turning around ad hoc analysis, modelling, and commercial sense-checks quickly and independently. * Support pricing decisions, unit economics analysis, COGS deep-dives and margin improvement initiatives. * Partner with the GTM team on pipeline-to-revenue reporting, cohort analysis and commercial deal structuring. * Evaluate new commercial opportunities, partnerships and market expansion scenarios with financial rigour. REPORTING & INSIGHTS * Produce high-quality board and investor reporting packs — clear, well-structured, insight-driven. * Develop dashboards and automated reporting to give the business real-time visibility into financial performance. * Own the weekly financial reporting cadence for internal leadership. THIS ROLE IS A PERFECT MATCH FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE: SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS * ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent). * 5+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, strategic finance, or top-tier strategy consulting, ideally with a mix of scale-up and more established business experience. * Proven track record of building financial models from scratch, comfortable with multi-entity, multi-currency models. * Experience in a commercially facing role, you have worked directly with C-level operators, founders, or senior leadership, and are used to being the go-to person for financial answers. * Experience supporting a fundraise, M&A process, or investor reporting is a strong advantage. * Background in SaaS, marketplace, fintech, or tech-enabled services preferred; you understand recurring revenue models, unit economics, and B2B commercial dynamics. * Exceptional financial modelling, you build clean, dynamic, assumption-driven models that others can use and trust. * Strong commercial instinct, you don't just describe numbers, you interpret them and come up with a view. * Excellent communication, you can present complex financial analysis clearly to a non-finance audience. * High attention to detail with a bar-raiser mentality, your outputs are always polished, structured, and go beyond the literal ask. * Comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate independently in a lean team without heavy process or oversight. * Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with Xero, HubSpot, Fathom, or similar tools is a plus. MINDSET: * Think like a business partner, not a reporter; your instinct is to add insight, not just present data. * Proactive and solution-oriented, you surface problems with a recommended path forward, not just a description of the issue. * Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift, and the answers aren't always obvious. * You care about quality; everything you send has been sense-checked, is well-presented, and reflects well on you and the team. * Excited by the mission, Goodstack is building infrastructure for global charitable giving, and you want to be part of that. 🇬🇧 WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT UPON JOINING OUR TEAM 💰 Salary reviews and share options becoming an integral part of our growth and share in the company's success 💝 Goodstack’s Workplace Giving ⚕️ Vitality Plus - Private health insurance 🌞 £250 Brighten your day annual budget 🤓 £1000 Learning & development annual budget 📚 Goodstack library 🌯 Tasty Tuesday! ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. WHAT YOU'LL DO This is not a reporting role. It's a leverage role. You will sit at the centre of how Legora grows — influencing where we invest, how we sell, how we forecast, and how we retain and expand customers. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to design programmes, drive performance insights, and operationalise high-impact initiatives across the full revenue lifecycle — from pipeline creation to expansion and retention. You won't just analyse problems. You'll build the solutions. This role is right for someone who thinks in systems and tradeoffs, loves data but doesn't hide behind it, and can move from an executive strategy conversation to hands-on execution in the same day. REVENUE STRATEGY & PLANNING * Partner with GTM leadership on annual and quarterly planning — translating company goals into measurable operating plans with clear owners and milestones. * Support territory design, capacity modelling, and investment allocation — and identify performance gaps before they become problems. ANALYTICS & PERFORMANCE INSIGHTS * Build and maintain reporting frameworks across the funnel — pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and expansion metrics — and turn them into decisions, not dashboards. * Sharpen KPI definitions and metric consistency, and support executive and board-level reporting with analysis that holds up under scrutiny. OPERATIONAL EXECUTION * Design and implement process improvements across the full lifecycle — Lead → Close → Renew → Expand — owning core GTM workflows including lead routing, opportunity management, and lifecycle tracking. * Improve forecasting discipline and pipeline hygiene, reduce manual work, and eliminate inefficiencies that slow the revenue engine down. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP * Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sales (pipeline health, productivity, comp performance), CS (renewals, expansion, churn), Marketing (lead quality, attribution, funnel conversion), and Finance (ARR modelling, forecasting, performance tracking). * Challenge assumptions, bring data to debates, and influence decisions — you are expected to have a point of view and defend it. WHAT YOU BRING You are a highly structured thinker with strong business judgment and the execution instincts to match. You are as comfortable building a capacity model as you are presenting a recommendation to a leadership team — and you hold yourself accountable to the outcomes, not just the analysis. WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 4–7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or a similar analytical role. * Strong analytical skills — advanced Excel or Sheets, experience with BI tools, and the ability to build models and run analyses independently without waiting for a data team. * Hands-on experience with CRM systems — Salesforce strongly preferred. * Executive communication skills — you write and present with clarity and authority, and you make complex analysis accessible to senior decision-makers. * A highly structured working style with sharp business judgment — you know what matters, you prioritise ruthlessly, and you don't get lost in the data. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE You'll be one of the first hires on the EMEA RevOps team and a critical force multiplier for the Head of RevOps EMEA. You'll cover ground across Sales, Marketing, CS, Legal Engineer Ops - partnering with leaders in each function, diagnosing where the funnel is leaking, and shipping the fixes. You'll work alongside our RevOps Engineer on the systems side and own the analytical, process, and operating-cadence work yourself. This role suits someone who's already proven they can operate independently in one or two RevOps domains and now wants to widen their scope. You'll get exposure to territory planning, planning cycles, forecasting, and stack decisions. WHAT YOU'LL OWN * Pipeline & funnel analytics. Weekly pipeline reviews, conversion analysis, win/loss diagnostics. You'll be the person who knows where deals are getting stuck and why. * Forecast support. Help run our forecasting process - pulling the data, prepping the calls, flagging anomalies, and tightening accuracy over time. * CRM operations. Day-to-day Salesforce ownership - lead routing, stage definitions, validation rules, data hygiene programs. You'll partner with the RevOps Engineer on bigger architectural changes. * Process design. Lead-to-opportunity SLAs, deal desk basics, sales process documentation, and the operating mechanics that keep the GTM motion running cleanly. * GTM analytics. Build the reports and dashboards GTM leaders actually use — and write the memos that go with them. You translate numbers into decisions. * Project work across functions. Territory adjustments, new segment launches, tool implementations - you'll lead delivery on the ones we hand to you. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or a closely-related GTM Ops role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. * Strong analytical chops - comfortable in SQL and dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Hex, or similar). You can pull your own data, not wait for someone else to. * Real Salesforce hands-on experience - reports, dashboards, flows, validation, data hygiene. You can sit down and configure it. * Full-funnel curiosity - even if your last role was concentrated in one area, you've actively pushed into adjacent functions and want to widen further. * Sharp written communication. You can summarise a complicated problem into a one-page memo a GTM leader will read. * Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping. You'd rather ship a 70% solution this week than a 100% one next quarter. * A collaborative, low-ego style - you'll be working closely with Sales, Marketing, CS and Legal Engineer leaders who all have opinions. OPTIONAL EXPERIENCES * Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation stacks. * Exposure to comp plan administration or planning cycle work. * Some SQL/Python beyond the basics. * Vertical SaaS or legal tech background.
