Sanity is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales Team. SDRs are key to our product adoption and
company growth. In this role you will build a pipeline of qualified business through cold calling, emailing and social selling and
working closely with cross-functional teams. This is an opportunity to join a high-growth startup and directly impact our
go-to-market success.
You're not waiting for leads to land in your lap. You'll be out there — on the phone, in inboxes, sliding into LinkedIn DMs
(professionally) — starting real conversations with people who have real problems Sanity can solve. You find them, you qualify
them, you build the pipeline.
Sanity isn't your average SaaS pitch. We're selling a genuinely new way of thinking about content — treating it like data so AI
and teams can actually do something with it. You'll get deep on the product, then translate that into language that makes both
developers and execs lean forward.
This isn't a "smile and dial" role. Your frontline conversations will directly shape messaging, strategy, and even the product
roadmap. Marketing wants your feedback. Sales needs your handovers to be tight. Leadership is listening. What you learn
matters.
Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn — you'll know your tools cold and use them to run a clean, sharp operation. Good data hygiene
isn't glamorous, but it's what separates the good SDRs from the great ones.
