SOFT SKILLS & COLLABORATIVE COMPETENCIES * The "Bridge" Mindset: Strong interpersonal and translation skills; ability to easily communicate technical concepts to finance experts and complex financial principles to engineering staff. * Team Integration: Highly collaborative nature with a comfortable presence working inside an agile tech environment alongside Product Owners, Project Managers, Engineers, and external implementation partners.
