who’s passionate about branding, thrives in the fast-moving world of Drinks and CPG, and knows how to turn ambitious ideas into
standout results. This is a role at the heart of brand-building, where strategy meets design, and packaging tells a story. You’ll
work with major global players across drinks, food, personal care, beauty, and wellbeing, managing high-profile projects that
shape the way consumers engage with brands on-shelf and beyond.
From bold redesigns to subtle evolutions, multi-market rollouts to sustainability-led innovation, you’ll drive projects from
concept through to delivery. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams of strategists, designers, and creatives, you’ll
ensure the work delivers against both creative ambition and commercial goals, on time, on budget, and on brief.
You’ll bring a solid background in brand, design, or creative agencies, with experience leading complex packaging and design
projects for large scale, global drink and CPG brands. You’re comfortable working within brand frameworks, navigating multi-market
rollouts, and balancing creativity with commercial know-how. You’re organised, proactive, and thrive on managing moving parts with
clarity and precision. You communicate with confidence and empathy, whether you’re presenting ideas, solving challenges, or

ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Client Manager role at Design Bridge and Partners involves supporting the Client Director in managing strategy and design projects, with a focus on nurturing and maintaining excellent client relationships at the brand manager level. ABOUT YOU Responsibilities • Demonstrate an understanding of the client’s business, brands, and markets. Question briefs, seek out additional information and understand requirements independently. • Pro-active client servicing – anticipating client’s needs, planning ahead to make sure they are met. • Brand/Project management – to support the client director in managing projects day to day, adding energy and initiative to help inspire the team and to ensure the most effective and efficient way of working. • Build trusted relationships with clients, and your internal team through excellent commercial, resource and project management. • Brief, scope, plan and deliver projects that are effective, profitable and enable the highest standards of work, with minimal support. • Demonstrates solid project management and best practice operational effectiveness, across multiple workstreams from start to finish. • Accurately manage and support all aspects of the day-to-day finance admin, and reporting. • Deliver timely and accurate revenue forecasts, which resource can be planned against. • A good understanding of the commercial value of the work and demonstrate this through creation of budgets for projects with minimal support. This team is a specialized group within Global Large Customer Sales that oversees Reddit’s most significant global advertising partners end-to end, by leading joint business planning, global strategy, and cross-regional execution. This person will closely collaborate with their Client Partner on campaign execution and optimizations to help agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on the fast-growing Reddit platform. This role is required to be based in person in London. Responsibilities: * Collaborate closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals * Lead and execute campaign launches from start to finish and deliver insightful optimizations to agency and client partners * Run end-to-end global account operations: revenue delivery, complex media strategy, multi-market optimizations, troubleshooting, and structured upsell on a global book * Turn campaign performance and tests across markets into global playbooks and measurement frameworks, feeding back into Product, Marketing Sciences, and Client Partners * Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, both with agencies and directly with Global clients, to drive year-on-year Reddit revenue growth * Educate brands and media agencies, effectively communicate value proposition and best practices * Consult clients on their awareness and direct response objectives, and partner closely with Client Partners to craft thoughtful and creative media plans * Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve any technical hurdles * Proactively seek and represent client needs and asks to cross-functional stakeholders * Shape Reddit’s native ads product roadmap, for mobile and in general, by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics with cross-functional stakeholders * Proactively and continually identify areas of improvement * Mentor and train other team members.
