The Fixed Income Events Division of FT Live is a fast-paced, tight knit team of 35 people laser-focussed on creating the best
deal-making events for the structured finance, bond market and private credit communities. We are a portfolio of ten
best-in-class events including the famous industry events Global ABS (30 years old, 5650+ people in Barcelona), ABS East (31 years
old, 6390+ people in Miami), FT Global Bond Summit (35 years old, 850+ people in London) and the CEE Forum (31 years old, 2390+
people in Vienna) and fast-growing launches like Private Credit Connect: London which launched this year with over 600+ attendees.
The Senior Marketing Manager (SMM) is responsible for driving delegate acquisition, audience engagement and commercial growth
across Bond portfolio conferences and events, helping to strengthen our position as the leading global provider of fixed income
intelligence and deal-making marketplaces.
Working closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional partners across the FT, the SMM will lead integrated marketing
campaigns, handling the full campaign lifecycle from pre-event marketing and campaign management through to on-site execution and
post-event analysis. The role requires a commercially minded and strategically driven marketer with strong leadership skills, an
entrepreneurial approach and a passion for data-led marketing and audience growth.
As a senior member of the marketing team, the SMM will help shape the future development of the events portfolio during an
exciting phase of growth and integration within the FT. They will lead, mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a

As the Investor Content and Community Manager, you will play a central role in building, growing, and engaging the Fixed Income Investor Network (FIIN) community across the structured finance and private credit markets. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with investors and key market participants, helping to shape FIIN's initiatives and task forces through ongoing dialogue, market insight, and community leadership. ABOUT FIIN The Fixed Income Investor Network (FIIN) is a non-profit trade association of over 1,000 members representing more than 475 investment management firms. FIIN's mission is to support the development and enhancement of structured finance markets through three core pillars: investor education, networking, and critical market discussions and partners with the fixed income events team bringing investors to their flagship events as part of FT live. Through task forces, working groups, and member-led initiatives, FIIN convenes senior buy-side participants to share knowledge, advocate on key issues, and promote a well-functioning structured finance marketplace. WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE? This is a varied role committed to managing investor engagement and community development across FIIN, while working closely with FIIN's board and leadership. The role combines community building, relationship management, event development, content creation, and strategic partner engagement. COMMUNITY BUILDING & INVESTOR ENGAGEMENT * Own and manage relationships with investors across structured finance and private credit, maintaining regular direct engagement through calls, meetings, and in-person interactions. * Develop and expand the FIIN community by building relationships with investors across new firm types, geographies, and asset class focus areas not yet well represented within the membership. * Foster meaningful connections between members, helping to strengthen engagement and participation across the FIIN community. * Gather and synthesise market intelligence from investor conversations, sharing insights internally to inform FIIN's strategic priorities, task force programming, and content agenda. * Act as a trusted point of contact for members, developing a deep understanding of their investment focus, strategic priorities, and areas of interest. * Provide regular structured updates to the FT Live Events (FIE) team on key investor market trends, sentiment, and developments relevant to event programming and strategy. BUILDING AND RUNNING THE FIIN INVESTOR COMMUNITY * Work directly with the FIIN Board to develop and drive FIIN's strategic objectives. * Plan, organise, and host FIIN Board and Executive Committee meetings, ensuring effective preparation, coordination, and follow-through on key actions and decisions. * Lead the delivery of FIIN's member engagement programme, ensuring regular opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. * Plan and host investor networking events in London and other key markets. * Chair monthly FIIN asset-focused task force calls across CLOs, RMBS, Consumer ABS, ESG, Infrastructure, and CRE/CMBS. * Develop the programming of investor-led elements at relevant FIE conferences, including investor lunches, closed-door boardroom discussions, and the Fixed Income Investor Forum. * Create approximately five webinars per year offering investor insight to be shared with the FIIN membership and broader community. * Develop relevant investor and market content for distribution to the FIIN community, including thought leadership pieces, white papers, and member updates.
