LemFi (Series B) is building the go-to financial app for the Global South.
Moving to a new country shouldn’t mean starting from zero. That's why our team of 400+ spanning 20+ countries is building a
financial ecosystem that helps immigrants stay connected to home, build stability, and create wealth regardless of where they are
from or where they live.
What began as fast, affordable remittances is now evolving into a complete platform for multi-currency accounts, payments, credit,
and long-term financial growth.
With millions of users across the globe, we process over $1B in monthly transactions to 30+ countries, proving that borders
shouldn't limit financial opportunity.
Credit is LemFi's fastest-growing pillar. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own the roadmap that scales it. That means setting
sharp priorities, turning portfolio insight into shippable outcomes, and making the commercial trade-offs between growth, risk,
customer experience, and unit economics. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, risk, decision science, and commercial
teams. You need to think like a portfolio manager. You'll live in the data yourself, not wait for someone to tell you what it
says.
This is hands-on work for someone who understands that running a credit product means managing a live portfolio with real money at
stake, not just shipping features.
trade-offs that move the needle.
conversion, loss rates, activation, retention.
experiences that wouldn't otherwise be economic to build.
managing the stakeholders.
leadership.

function, not just consumed dashboards.
buzzwords.
Love shouldn’t be expensive, yet those working hardest for their families often face predatory fees and banking exclusion. We're
changing this.
At LemFi, you won’t be just a cog in a machine. Whether designing products, scaling operations, or telling our story, you’ll
tackle complex challenges with real, immediate impact. Your work goes beyond metrics - it puts money back in families’ pockets and
offers access to the previously excluded. Join us to make a meaningful difference, where high performance is a lifeline for
millions.

Build the best technology in-house, using new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape and grow the UK Cards product. This is not a traditional PM role focused on roadmap management, stakeholder coordination or writing tickets. We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner and operates like a builder. You should be someone who naturally questions how things work, challenges assumptions and looks for practical ways to improve the product. You will work closely with engineering, operations, data, finance and commercial teams to identify problems, validate opportunities and drive execution across the Cards business. The role combines product thinking, experimentation, problem solving and AI tooling. If you are excited by fintech, lending and building products in a fast moving environment, this role offers significant ownership and impact. What you'll be doing This role will cover a broad range of work across the UK Cards product. 1. Driving product and growth initiatives You will identify opportunities to improve customer experience, engagement, conversion and business performance. Examples include: * Designing and running experiments across acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention * Improving customer journeys, product features and servicing experiences * Using data and customer insights to prioritise product opportunities * Defining MVPs and validating ideas before committing engineering resources * Working closely with engineering teams to deliver high impact improvements 2. Building operational leverage and AI-enabled workflows We want someone who actively looks for smarter and more scalable ways to work. Examples include: * Improving internal tooling and operational workflows * Driving adoption of AI tools across the team (Claude, Cursor and other emerging tooling) * Supporting development of AI-powered customer support and servicing * Automating manual operational processes where possible * Helping teams make faster and better decisions through better workflows 3. Owning cross functional problem solving The role requires operating across product, operations, finance, capital markets and customer servicing. Examples include: * Identifying operational bottlenecks and driving improvements * Coordinating complex initiatives across multiple teams * Translating ambiguous business problems into impactful plans * Balancing customer outcomes with commercial and operational constraints A core part of the role is continuously challenging how things are done today and helping the organisation operate in simpler, faster and more effective ways. Who this role is for This role is designed for someone who wants significant ownership and enjoys solving hard problems in fast moving environments. Typical profile * 4+ years of experience in product, strategy, consulting, analytics or startup environments * Experience owning products or growth initiatives * Strong interest in fintech, lending and technology * Comfortable working across both strategy and execution * Curious about AI and how new tools can improve product development * Interested in building and scaling products with real business impact You should be someone who * Thinks from first principles rather than accepting how things currently work * Challenges assumptions and asks high quality questions * Enjoys solving ambiguous and messy problems * Uses data confidently to make decisions * Moves quickly and tests ideas pragmatically * Is highly ownership and execution focused * Can operate independently with broad direction * Communicates clearly across technical and non technical teams * Is comfortable switching between product, operational and commercial contexts Why this role is interesting You will get exposure to: * How consumer lending and credit cards work in practice * Building and scaling one of the UK’s most successful fintech products * Product-led growth and experimentation * AI tooling and automation inside a real product organisation * The operational and commercial side of running a fintech business * Cross functional decision making across product, finance, operations and risk You will work closely with senior members of the Cards team and have the opportunity to own meaningful, business critical initiatives with significant autonomy. LIFE AT LENDABLE * Winning team: the opportunity to scale up one of the world’s most successful fintech companies * Flexible working: flexible approach tailored to each role. Hybrid roles require three days in-office weekly; fully remote roles include regular opportunities for in-person connection through socials and off-sites * Socials & connection: opportunities and events to come together, socialise, and get to know each other beyond the office walls * Health coverage: support for your physical and mental wellbeing, including private health cover * Retirement & savings: long-term financial wellbeing through retirement savings plans * Employee referral programme: earn a competitive bonus when you refer successful new team members * Office meals & snacks: enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, plus complimentary lunches prepared by in-house chefs on in-office days at select locations * Sustainable commuting: cycle-to-work and electric vehicle salary sacrifice schemes available in select locations Please note: The availability and details of specific benefits vary by location and role. About 9fin 9fin is the AI platform powering global debt markets — the world’s largest asset class at over $145 trillion. Debt markets are vast, global, and mission-critical, yet still run on fragmented data, PDFs, and manual workflows. 9fin replaces this broken infrastructure with a single platform that centralises proprietary credit data, deep analysis, and high-value workflows across global markets. Today, 9fin powers teams at 300+ blue-chip institutions worldwide, including global banks, asset managers, private equity firms, law firms, and advisors. The business is scaling at exceptional speed, with rapid expansion in the US and best-in-class retention driven by deep workflow adoption. We’re at a defining inflection point. With proven product-market fit and strong, global market pull, 9fin is accelerating toward becoming the category-defining platform for debt markets worldwide. THE OPPORTUNITY 9fin has built one of the most comprehensive datasets in credit and debt markets: news, financials, cap tables, instrument data, legal documents, and ESG analysis. Today, most clients access that data through 9fin.com. But a large and growing segment of the market wants to consume our data programmatically to power firm-level workflows at scale: a negative news signal triggers an automated credit review, updated financials trigger a portfolio rebalance, a covenant keyword triggers a sanctions flag. These buyers (quant desks, data engineering teams, systematic investors, risk and compliance functions) will never log into a web application. They need APIs, data feeds, and cloud-native delivery through platforms like Snowflake. At comparable financial data providers, this distribution channel represents 20-30% of total revenue. 9fin is at the beginning of this journey. The challenge is to turn 9fin's integrated dataset into a portfolio of standalone data products with a coherent commercial strategy. You will define how the data gets packaged (what goes together, what stands alone, how it's tiered and priced), the order in which products go to market, and the commercial models that fit each buyer segment: quant desks, data engineering teams, risk and compliance functions, and systematic investors. You will work in lockstep with the Head of Pre-Sales, who owns technical validation and deal execution, to ensure that what you build maps to how these buyers actually evaluate and procure data. The first candidates pan news content, financials and cap tables, instrument data, and legal data (complex, high-value, and genuinely unsolved at the data representation layer). You will work cross-functionally across our platform teams, analytics engineering, and the domain squads that own the underlying datasets. You will also work closely with Sales to support a fundamentally different GTM motion: solution-selling with partner clients, joint POCs, multi-stakeholder deals, and usage-based commercial models rather than seat-based subscriptions. This is a 0-to-1 build. If you have built API or data products before and want to do it again in a market where the opportunity is wide open, this is it. WHAT YOU'LL DO PRODUCT STRATEGY & EXECUTION * Define the product vision and strategy for 9fin's external data distribution: APIs, data shares, and future delivery mechanisms (cloud sync, pub/sub). * Own the data catalogue decisions: which datasets to expose, in what format, through which channels, and in what order, balancing client demand, data readiness, and commercial potential * Design the developer experience end-to-end: API design, documentation, developer portal, sandbox/playground, error handling, rate limiting, and versioning * Work with analytics engineering and domain teams to define schemas, data models, and transformation logic that make 9fin's data consumable and valuable outside the application * Use a partner model to validate early: select and work closely with 1-2 clients during development to co-develop and prove out each data product before broader launch * Shape the commercial model for API products: packaging, tiering, usage-based pricing, distribution controls, and entitlement structures that capture the value of programmatic data access DATA QUALITY, INFRASTRUCTURE & COMPLIANCE * Partner with the Head of Analytics to ensure data products meet the reliability, freshness, and accuracy standards that enterprise clients building automated systems expect * Define SLAs for data delivery (latency, uptime, completeness) and build the monitoring and metering infrastructure to back them up * Own the entitlements and access control layer: ensuring the right clients can access the right data under the right contractual terms, with appropriate usage limits and controls * Work with Legal to define data usage policies, including restrictions on redistribution, AI training and model embedding, and onward use, protecting 9fin's data IP while enabling legitimate client workflows * Establish feedback loops between API consumers and domain teams so that usage patterns and client requests improve the underlying data over time Cross-Functional Leadership & GTM * Coordinate across platform engineering, analytics engineering, domain squads, and the Head of Analytics to align priorities and ship a cohesive product without a dedicated squad * Influence teams you do not manage; build relationships that make cross-functional delivery work despite competing priorities * Support the shift to a solution-selling GTM motion: work with Sales and Customer Success on partner selection, POC design, technical onboarding, and commercial structuring for API deals * Engage directly with enterprise clients and their technical teams during pilots and integrations; this is a client-facing role, not a back-office one * Communicate strategy, progress, and trade-offs transparently to leadership, engineering, and commercial teams * Translate technical API and data infrastructure concepts into language that non-technical stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Finance) can act on WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years building API products, data platforms, or data distribution products at a B2B company * Experience designing APIs for external consumers: you have opinions on schema design, versioning strategies, rate limiting, and what makes developer documentation actually useful * Track record of shipping data products where you managed the full lifecycle: from defining what data to expose, through schema design, to commercial packaging and client onboarding * Understanding of data infrastructure concepts: data pipelines, warehouses, ETL/ELT, data modelling, and platforms like Snowflake * Comfortable with SQL and Python and capable of interrogating data to validate quality, understand usage patterns, and inform product decisions * Experience working in a solution-selling or partner-led GTM model: you have been involved in POCs, pilots, or co-development with enterprise clients, not just self-serve product launches * Proven ability to lead cross-functionally without a dedicated team: you coordinate across engineering, data, and commercial functions through influence, not authority * Strong commercial instinct: you understand how enterprise data buyers evaluate providers, and you can shape a product that competes on data quality, coverage, and ease of integration * Clear communicator who can translate between technical and commercial audiences NICE TO HAVE * Familiarity with credit markets, debt instruments, or how buy-side/sell-side firms consume financial data * Experience with Snowflake data sharing, marketplace listings, or similar cloud data distribution mechanisms * Experience building entitlements, licensing, or access control systems for data products * Understanding of data licensing, redistribution terms, or AI usage policies in the context of enterprise data products BENEFITS * Competitive, market-benchmarked salary * Pension with 7% company matching * Private medical insurance, paid sick leave, income protection, group life assurance * Season ticket and cycle-to-work schemes * Hybrid flexibility with up to 3 months annual work abroad * 25 holiday days plus local public holidays (exchangeable) * One-month paid sabbatical after 5 years; enhanced parental leave * Professional development budget and regular social events 9fin is an equal opportunities employer At 9fin we are dedicated to building and promoting a fair and inclusive workplace where everyone can reach their full potential and truly belong. We recognize that building diverse teams enables a more creative and productive environment. If you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You might just be who we’re looking for — either for this role, or perhaps another.
