We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Location) to join our Location Experience squad as the Product Lead. The squad
consists of a Product Lead, Tech Lead, Designers, Developers, and Testers. The team meets daily for stand-ups and weekly for
alignment meetings, follows Agile principles, and is responsible for delivering its roadmap.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end user and developer experience, partnering closely with the Tech Lead to coordinate the

Overview of the Role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Mapping Experience) to join our Mapping Experience squad as the Product Lead. The squad consists of a Product Lead, Tech Lead, Designers, Developers, and Testers. This role is responsible for the end-to-end user and developer experience, partnering closely with the Tech Lead to coordinate the roadmap, and consulting with our Product Expert (CPO) as needed. The role includes the following: * Align with the CPO and the CTO on the high-level roadmap and own the end-to-end planning and prioritization of the squad roadmap focused on Map Experience * Translate client and internal feedback into actionable requirements by creating user stories and mockups * Work closely with the designers for UX iterations, ensuring the design matches the requirements for complex, map-centric user journeys * Support product marketing collateral (including guides, FAQs, and videos) to promote new/upcoming features * Be the “go-to” person for all Map Experience–related inquiries internally and externally * Run monthly product demos in collaboration with our Product Marketing Manager, showcasing map and spatial functionality * Run product feedback sessions with customers The ideal candidate should have: * 6+ years of experience with product design from start to finish, ideally in a b2b SaaS setting * Proven experience leading Map Experience, geospatial, or location-based products (e.g. maps, wayfinding, navigation, spatial data visualization) * 4+ years of experience working with b2b clients * Passion to run and lead, in a startup environment (Startup experience is a plus) * Technical acumen and curiosity to clearly articulate the technical details of our product * Good eye for UX design * Great presentation and product marketing skills * Strategic marketing view to understanding what clients need/want * Work flexibly across time zones as needed, supporting a global team and stakeholders * Be UK-based and able to travel to our Fulham office 2 days per week What We Offer? * Lead position in a fast-growing global tech startup * Opportunity to work with top-notch global clients across the world * Friendly, helpful, and smart team * Hybrid working opportunity with a cozy office in Fulham, London * International environment and inclusive culture * £100 k Base Salary + Performance Bonus up to £20k + £40k-80k SO

About the role: As Senior Product Manager for the betting cluster of Genius Sports, you will work closely with the VP of Product and delivery teams translating high level roadmaps into work items. Your focus will be consolidating our external and internal tools across many products and verticals into a seamless user experience. Your responsibilities will cover both the strategic and tactical aspects of Product Management. The tactical aspects of the role require requirements scoping, definition of epic level acceptance criteria, working with the delivery team during planning phases throughout product delivery. You will work with the squad leads and architects to ensure all aspects of delivery have been accounted for (this includes operational help, domain knowledge share and go-to-market strategy). You will work with a committed and collaborative team of developers, QAs, PMs, Squad leads and SME’s who will assist you in achieving shared product goals. Key Responsibilities: The What (Strategic) Ensure your team and stakeholders are fully invested and helping you to shape the product vision, goals and strategy * Work with the Product VP and other related stakeholders to produce the product vision, roadmap and identify strategic opportunities * Translating product vision and roadmap into detailed work items in preparation for delivery * Maintain strong links to key stakeholders across technical, commercial, support, marketing and operations in addition to key customers utilizing KPIs and OKRs for success * Articulate vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the development, go-to-market cycle and post launch analysis. * Keep abreast of developments in the industry and with specific competitors identifying threats and opportunities The How (Tactical) * Support the operational running of the product on a day-to-day basis * Managing the release to customers and go-to market strategy * Define epics with comprehensive acceptance criteria, interacting with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts to verify work is correctly specified and relevant assets (wireframes, designs) are included * Verifying that epics are completed to the expectation set out in the acceptance criteria * Work closely with Squad Lead to ensure alignment on all team and product matters * Produce relevant documentation to support product awareness and technical build Qualifications * Experienced in Front End product development with a focus on sports betting * 5+ years’ experience in Product Management roles * Proven experience in developing a product strategy and effectively managing roadmaps. * Experience with software product development methodologies, mainly focused on agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. * Deep experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into a practical product roadmap * Strong background in BI and/or Analytics required; experience working on data-oriented products preferred * Outstanding written and oral communication skills * Passionate about working in the betting industry * Team leadership * Highly collaborative nature What’s in it for you?
