We’re seeking a specialist engineering recruiter to lead engineering hiring at Omnea - not a generalist talent lead. We want
someone who has deeply immersed themselves in engineering recruitment, understands the London market inside and out, and has
played a key role in scaling an engineering team from 20 to 100+ engineers.
You’ll work directly with engineering leadership, enjoying full autonomy over the hiring process. You’ll own sourcing, pipeline
management, the hiring process, and the candidate experience from start to finish.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role. Every hire you make will directly influence the company’s trajectory.
