Job Title: Treasury Services Coordinator            FLSA Status: Exempt                                           Department: Treasury Management                                               Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm                   General Job Summary: Assist TM sales staff by coordinating and completing documentation required to implement new TM services; gathering documentation to open DDA’s; coordinating ACH and Remote Deposit credit approval forms; daily customer service related to TM services, credit card and merchant services customer service; customer review and product research assistance.  Organizational Duties and Responsibilities:  * Supports the mission, vision and philosophy of the Bank. Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures. * Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Administrative Support to the Director of Treasury Services * Customer service contact for all TM and Business Credit Card Sales related needs or requests * Assist TM Officers in preparation, maintenance and servicing of TM documentation for purposes of implementation * Assist Business Credit Card Sales Officers in preparation, maintenance and servicing business credit card clients * Ensure all TM services documentation is accurate and ready for implementation * Communicate effectively with customers, internal and external, either verbally or in writing  * Assist TM and Business Credit Card Officers with preparing new business proposals and customer reviews * Act as liaison between the Sales organization and its operational support team(s) to ensure products are delivered to clients as intended * Act as a liaison between Commercial, Business Banking and Retail divisions when Sales Officers are on calls * Works with Business Credit Card Sales Officers to report on new business, obtain approvals for new customers, manage renewals of existing facilities, and help improve process flow   Other Functions: * Assist in organizing and attending departmental events * Make decisions pertaining to service within limits set by the Director of Treasury Services * Assist in new product development, including research and operational development   Working Conditions: All job functions are performed daily indoor in an office environment using various computer applications   Minimum Job Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; College degree preferred Experience: Minimum of 3 year recent experience in related field or professional work experience in financial services industry Specific Skills: * Communicate effectively through writing and speaking as appropriate for the needs of the audience * Capability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of management and employees * Demonstrate active listening skills * Ability to maintain customer satisfaction and generate positive client relationships * Efficiently manage time * Proficient to include Word, Excel and Outlook * Professional appearance and demeanor   Physical requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Let’s go!     YOUR MISSION As our Treasury Manager, you will run the day-to-day engine of a highly sophisticated, multi-entity treasury function spanning traditional finance and digital assets. Reporting to the Director of Treasury, you will manage liquidity, and balance sheet operations across a multi-regulatory structure handling 12+ fiat currencies and 700+ digital assets. You will lead a high-performing team of treasury professionals to bridge the gap between traditional banking frameworks and 24/7 crypto liquidity. WHAT YOU’LL DO * ALM & Risk Execution: Manage duration and liquidity mismatches across traditional and crypto markets, monitoring the IRRBB framework and stress-testing the balance sheet against aggressive market pivots. * Digital Asset Management: Monitor live crypto risk incidents under pressure, measuring real-time exposures and instructing prompt corrective measures on long and short positions. * Financial Risk Contribution & Regulatory Reporting: Deliver strategic proposals to the Financial Risk Forum covering long-term investments, ALM netting arrangements, and MMF allocations, while contributing directly to prudential requirements delivery. * People Leadership & Growth: Direct, mentor, and develop a team of four treasury professionals, fostering institutional growth in close collaboration with other internal key stakeholders .
