We are currently looking for an experienced General Program Management Office (PMO) Specialist for an assignment within a large industrial organization in Sweden.
About the assignment
The organization is undergoing a significant transformation connected to the establishment of a new production facility and new ways of working. We are looking for a senior professional who can support this journey from both a change management and communication perspective.
The role will focus on helping the organization navigate the transition, create engagement among employees and stakeholders, and translate strategic objectives into practical actions.
Experience requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in change management and internal communication within large industrial organizations, preferably manufacturing or heavy industry.
Proven experience supporting or leading major organizational transformations or expansions affecting both employees and production.
Extensive consulting experience within complex organizations involving multiple stakeholders and parallel initiatives.
Experience working closely with senior leadership, line managers, and employee representatives.
Strong ability to translate strategy into concrete actions and operational execution.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Skills and capabilities
We are looking for someone with excellent strategic and hands-on communication skills who can create clarity, engagement, and trust throughout an organization.
You have a strong understanding of change psychology, organizational culture, and the informal structures that influence change within industrial environments. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to rapidly changing circumstances.
The ideal candidate is analytical and experienced in using feedback, data, and relevant measurements to evaluate and adjust change initiatives.

You are self-driven, resilient, collaborative, and comfortable working with long-term transformation initiatives involving significant organizational impact.
High integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to build credibility across different organizational levels are essential for the role.
