DEINE AUFGABEN As a Program Manager in our Education team, you become part of a dynamic team and join our mission to enable individuals to create a better tomorrow! Together, we define your responsibilities depending on your skills and interests within the following fields: * You own the planning and execution of our educational programs — from coordinating venues, catering and materials to preparing pre-, during- and post-checklists that keep everything running smoothly * You manage participant communication across our programs: onboarding new cohorts, keeping participant data up to date and being the go-to contact for questions and coordination * You take care of program documentation and administration — maintaining our tools (Notion, Slack, Google Drive), keeping calendars updated and ensuring our folder structures and resources are always in order * You support budget administration and financial tracking — contributing to monthly reporting, expenditure forecasts and the preparation of contracts for freelancers and trainers * You build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders, coordinating schedules, managing deliverables and ensuring a smooth collaboration experience * You explore and apply AI tools — ideally Claude or similar — to automate recurring workflows, improve processes and help us build more scalable program operations * You support the preparation of funding applications and project proposals — researching requirements, coordinating contributions and ensuring timely submission DEIN PROFIL * Completed degree in a relevant field — e.g. Business, Education Management, Social Sciences, Innovation or similar * 2–4 years of experience in project or program management, ideally in an educational or non-profit context * Effective communication skills in written and spoken English and German (min.
