DEINE ROLLE In deiner Rolle als HSE Specialist (m/w/d) bist du ein Teil unseres HSE‑Teams und übernimmst eine zentrale Funktion für die sichere und nachhaltige Umsetzung unserer industriellen und baunahen Batteriespeicherprojekte. Du bist verantwortlich für die operative HSE‑Begleitung in einem der am schnellsten wachsenden Unternehmen im Bereich der sauberen und nachhaltigen Energieversorgung. Dies umfasst die Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von HSE‑Aktivitäten entlang des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus (Planung, Bau, Betrieb). Du arbeitest eng mit Projektmanagement, Engineering, Construction sowie externen Partnern zusammen, um ein hohes Sicherheitsniveau sicherzustellen und HSE‑Risiken wirksam zu managen. DEINE AUFGABEN Hauptverantwortlichkeiten * Du unterstützt die Bauleiter:innen/ Site-Manager und SiGeKos auf unseren Baustellen dabei, unsere hohen HSE‑Standards aufzubauen, durchzusetzen und kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. * Du bringst HSE‑Fachwissen in die Planung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von HSE relevanten Abläufen ein und stärkst die Teams bei der sicheren Durchführung ihrer Tätigkeiten. * Du stellst sicher, dass sicherheitsrelevante Anforderungen praxisnah interpretiert und im Projektalltag umgesetzt werden. Operative Tätigkeit * Du begleitest Projekte aus dem Münchner Office und direkt auf den deutschlandweit verteilten BESS-Standorten und stellst sicher, dass HSE‑Vorgaben in Planung, Bau und Betrieb konsequent umgesetzt werden. * Du führst Begehungen, Risikobeurteilungen und Audits durch und dokumentierst diese professionell. * Du überprüfst und bewertest HSE‑Pläne, RAMS‑Dokumente und Arbeitsfreigaben insbesondere bei High‑Risk Activities (z. B. Hebearbeiten, Elektrische Arbeiten, Aushubarbeiten). * Du stellst ein wirksames System zur Erfassung und Nachverfolgung von HSE‑Ereignissen sicher, schaffst Transparenz über Risiken und leitest daraus kontinuierliche Verbesserungen ab * Du unterstützt die Teams bei der Identifikation und Umsetzung wirksamer Maßnahmen zur Unfall- und Risikoprävention. Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit * Du fungierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für HSE‑Belange, koordinierst Abstimmungen mit internen Teams, Partnerfirmen und Behörden. * Du moderierst Meetings, Onboardings und Toolbox Talks und hältst den Informationsfluss zwischen allen Beteiligten aufrecht. Strategische Planung und Weiterentwicklung * Du wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung unserer HSE‑Prozesse und -Standards mit und bringst praxisnahe Verbesserungsansätze ein. * Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und unterstützt die Implementierung innovativer Lösungen im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz und Umweltschutz. Unterstützung bei Sonderprojekten * Je nach Bedarf unterstützt du bereichsübergreifende Projekte, z. B. im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit, Reporting, Zertifizierungen oder digitale HSE‑Tools. DEIN PROFIL * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Konstruktionsmechaniker:in, Elektroniker:in für Betriebstechnik) oder Studium (z. B. Ingenieurwesen, Umwelttechnik, Arbeitssicherheit) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. * Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich HSE/SiGeKo von Vorteil. * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz und Umweltschutz (HSE). * Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in industriellen, technischen und baunahen Projektumgebungen, idealerweise in der operativen HSE‑Begleitung. * Sicher im Umgang mit Risikoanalysen, HSE‑Regelwerken und operativen HSE‑Tools. * Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte klar und zielgruppengerecht zu vermitteln. * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse. * Kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig und lösungsorientiert. * Strukturierte, pragmatische Arbeitsweise und Freude an Zusammenarbeit im Projektumfeld. * Hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft und Engagement für sicheres Arbeiten. * Bereitschaft, insbesondere unsere BESS Standorte in Deutschland zu bereisen und Vor-Ort zu unterstützen (ca. 50%) * Führerschein Klasse B. THE ROLE WiseEnergy is looking for a Technical Analyst & Site Manager to oversee the technical performance, operational reliability, and field activities of a portfolio of utility-scale solar PV assets. This is a hybrid role combining technical asset analysis with hands-on site management. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring plant performance, managing technical incidents, coordinating O&M contractors, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements. Acting as the key technical representative for assigned assets, you will work closely with internal teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maximize asset availability, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and operational excellence of renewable energy projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor, analyze, and report on the daily technical and operational performance of utility-scale solar PV plants. * Identify performance trends, diagnose technical issues, and implement corrective actions to maximize energy production, plant availability, and performance ratios. * Manage technical incidents from identification through resolution, ensuring minimal operational impact. * Act as the primary technical interface between WiseEnergy, O&M contractors, EPC contractors, clients, and other stakeholders. * Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess asset condition, maintenance quality, operational effectiveness, HSE compliance, and technical risks. * Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, and industry best practices. * Prepare and deliver technical performance reports, operational analyses, and annual O&M budgets. * Produce site inspection and risk-based reports, prioritizing actions according to generation impact, operational risk, safety, and compliance requirements. * Support EPC punch-list management and monitor EPC warranty obligations during post-construction phases. * Coordinate with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs), insurers, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance. * Maintain accurate technical documentation, asset records, and operational procedures. * Support SCADA monitoring, troubleshooting activities, and system integration projects. * Participate in technical due diligence, feasibility assessments, and the evaluation of new renewable energy opportunities. * Support engineering activities during construction, commissioning, and operational phases. * Conduct technical audits and contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning. * Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and support operational excellence initiatives. * Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of technical best practices across the team. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Science, or another STEM-related discipline. * 3–5 years of experience within the renewable energy sector, preferably within solar PV Asset Management, O&M, EPC, Owner's Engineering, Technical Advisory, or related roles. * Strong technical knowledge of utility-scale solar PV plants, including operation, maintenance, and performance management. * Practical site experience during construction, commissioning, operations, or maintenance of ground-mounted solar PV facilities. * Experience managing site activities, contractors, and technical stakeholders. * Familiarity with SCADA systems and plant performance monitoring tools. * Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting operational data and identifying root causes of performance issues. * Fluent English and Spanish. * Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. * Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.
