Would you like to develop and energise a sales organisation in a high-tech industry, serving customers across a broad range of
sectors?
Nordic Polytech Group’s customers include leading companies within the automotive, defence, commercial vehicle and medical
technology industries. As Sales Manager, you and your team will ensure that NPG continues to grow by bringing its unique offering
of custom-made, high-tech components to both existing and new customers.
Your role
As Sales Manager at Nordic Polytech Group, you will have overall responsibility for the performance, leadership and development of
the sales department in a company with annual revenues of approximately SEK 200 million.
You will lead a team consisting of three Account Managers, one General Account Manager and four Inside Sales representatives. You
report directly to CEO Patrick Kaufmann and will be based at NPG’s headquarters in Trelleborg, approximately 20 minutes from
Malmö.
You will also be a member of the management team alongside the CEO and the heads of Production, Finance, Purchasing and Quality.
Your responsibility spans the full sales agenda – from strategy and execution plans to target setting, follow-up, coordination and
coaching of a technically skilled sales team.
To succeed in the role, you are structured, highly customer- and service-oriented and have a collaborative, down-to-earth
approach.
Nordic Polytech Group has approximately 70 employees and is part of Söderbergföretagen. This gives you access to a broader network
of companies and leaders, creating opportunities to exchange knowledge and experience across the group.
Key responsibilities
Who are you?
You are an energetic sales leader who can inspire people to look outward, get closer to the market and create more business
opportunities. You set a clear direction, follow up on activities and encourage your team to actively develop customer
relationships, win new customers and identify larger projects and opportunities.
You have a proven track record of leading B2B sales teams and generating growth through others, preferably within manufacturing,
industrial technology or technical sales. Today, you are likely working in a commercial leadership position with responsibility
for people, sales performance and budget. You also have your own successful sales experience and understand what it takes to build
relationships, develop opportunities and close business.
When internal challenges arise, you maintain a strong external and commercial focus. You help the organisation concentrate on what
can be influenced in the market while creating constructive cooperation between sales and production. You are curious about new
ways of working and see opportunities in using data, digital tools and AI to make sales more efficient, prioritise the right
opportunities and improve performance management.
You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. A relevant university degree within engineering, business, sales or
marketing is considered an advantage.
What we offer
We offer you a key commercial leadership role in a stable, profitable and industry-leading company.
You will become part of a forward-looking management team and have significant opportunity to influence how Nordic Polytech Group
develops its sales organisation and commercial approach going forward. This is a role for someone who wants to combine leadership
and strategy with hands-on commercial development. You will join an experienced organisation that welcomes new ideas and
perspectives on how the business and its ways of working can continue to evolve and modernise. We also value an informal and
friendly working environment – and our Friday coffee breaks still take place together, in real life.
As part of Söderbergföretagen, a long-term, family-owned group of industrial and technical trading companies, you will also become
part of a wider leadership network with opportunities to share experience and knowledge with colleagues across the group.
