You will be the financial business partner to Oatly’s global functions and enable data-driven decision-making by translating

financial data into actionable business insights, while performing the standard business controller activities. And you will also

design, challenge, and influence the financial decisions and SG&A agenda for all global functions. This means leading or

participating in initiatives to optimize our cost, processes, or systems to ensure we keep being more efficient with every

financial choice we make.

Collaborate closely and be the financial ‘go-to’ person for senior leaders in Oatly global functions. You do more than report on

results but are able to challenge and influence decisions and navigate and resolve trade-offs, supported by data and clear and

open communication.

Lead initiatives to challenge and rethink our SG&A cost structure. This can involve analysing the drivers of a cost category such

as travel or professional services, finding efficiencies in our processes and ways of working, or even reviewing our data and

systems to drive better visibility and predictability.

Lead the forecast, budget, long-term planning processes in tandem with functional leaders, ensuring alignment with the company’s

financial goals and the strategy of each of the functions.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Finance Global Functions and Strategic Finance. The position is primarily based in

Malmö, at our HQ. Applicants that are located near select Oatly offices in Europe will also be considered (Stockholm, Amsterdam,

Barcelona, Berlin, Paris).

• 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and planning with relevant experience in Finance for Global /

Corporate functions

• You are highly collaborative and understand that our success as a company depends on our ability to work together to find

innovative solutions.

• You are comfortable with ambiguity and chaos, energized by the challenge of building something lasting that benefits both the

world and its people.
