Gaming Coordinator - Italy
We are now looking for our next Gaming Coordinator, to join team Italy.
You will ensure timely launches, maintain compliance requirements, and improve
efficiency, reducing risks of delays and strengthening our competitive offering.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and optimize the Gaming
portfolio, identifying new games and providers.
- Coordinate product roadmaps with internal and external stakeholders to
ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Ensure all gaming products are up to date and optimize onsite content for the
best user experience.
- Oversee game certification processes with regulators.
- Configure and test new contents or
functionalities to ensure high-quality Gaming UX.
- Collaborate with support teams and external suppliers to resolve
potential issues.
- Conduct competitor research and gap analysis to improve our offerings.
- Execute the games
repositioning according to the Gaming Manager directions.
- Execute any other ad hoc Casino related tasks to ensure the
best gaming experience for our players.
- Assist and follow up with the relevant stakeholders on any game related queries
that might arise
Requirements
- Experience in online gaming
- Italian native speaker with
proficiency in English
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Passion for sports and casino gaming
Solid understanding of the Italian market
