ABOUT THE JOB Are you interested in challenging projects, technical innovation, implementing new ideas and solving complex problems? Our software, Miles, is an ERP software for finance, leasing, fleet and mobility management in the automotive industry. It is a complex end-to-end solution that includes front, mid and back office functions and can be extensively customized to the customer's needs through configuration. Our customers are leasing and financing companies from the automotive industry. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary unit and play a key role in creating, configuring, and assembling the foundational components of Sofico’s solution to support and enhance business processes. By collaborating closely with clients and project teams, you will design, implement, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the customer needs. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * Analyze and refine customer requirements into detailed functional and system specifications. * Assess existing Miles functionality and propose effective solution directions. * Develop, execute and document configuration solution designs in collaboration with stakeholders. * Conduct unit testing to ensure quality and reliability of configured solutions. * Ensure timely delivery and successful handover of solutions to customers. * Support data migration, document management, and reporting from an in-depth understanding of customer solutions. * Collaborate with Product Managers to align project solutions with the product’s roadmap and future developments. * Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing across teams. * Lead workshops and customer engagements to drive solution adoption and success. YOUR SKILLS AND INTERESTS: You like to work on impactful projects in a dynamic and innovative environment, and are driven by collaboration with passionate professionals and contributing to delivering solutions that drive customer success. WHAT ELSE IS EXPECTED: * Business fluent in English. * Proven experience in a configuration or implementation consulting role, preferably in a tech-driven environment. * Familiar with software implementation lifecycle. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Proficiency in system configuration, testing, and documentation. * Experience in leading projects or mentoring team members is a strong advantage. ABOUT THE JOB You are the strategic translator between the complex business worlds of our clients and the technological capabilities of our software "Miles". As a Senior Business Analyst, you dive deep into the operational realities of global automotive and leasing companies to uncover their true needs. You don't just document requirements; you challenge the status quo and design efficient, future-proof business processes. In this pivotal role at a hidden champion of mobility tech, you act as a trusted advisor to our clients and a mentor to your team, ensuring that our solutions deliver real commercial value.
