We currently have an opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor (up to c.2 years PQE) to join the team. The role would be focused
on regulatory and advisory support with a particular emphasis on Court of Protection and mental health matters.
The role sits within the regulatory arm of the Health, Care and Public Law team, and the chosen candidate will work alongside
several senior solicitors across the team, gaining support and experience across a varied caseload.
The team plays an important role in DACB’s broader Health practice, which is widely recognised as a leading strategic, commercial,
and regulatory adviser to the health and social care sector in the UK.
We are expanding and building on our already established and dynamic National Costs Department at Thompsons Solicitors LLP with experienced and Law Costs professionals looking to make a significant impact. This is an opportunity for a highly skilled costs professional to join one of our expert specialist costs teams across our national structure, managing a diverse caseload of high value costs matters often of significant value and wider public importance. The role involves handling PI Multi Track cases, including Serious Injury, Asbestos, Clinical Negligence, and high-cost matters, from the preparation of cost budgets through to the preparation and negotiation of bills of costs during the detailed assessment process. We are keen to hear from applicants based across the UK, with the opportunity to be based in any of our Thompsons Solicitors LLP branch locations plus there is the benefits of both our agile and flexible working policies.
DAC Beachcroft is looking to appoint a Post Completion assistant to join our Real Estate team in Manchester. The role will involve handling all post completion requirements across our clients' Real Estate Portfolios and will include a high degree of contact with HM Land Registry, HMRC and our solicitors. You will be expected to manage a high volume registrations ensuring tight deadlines for SDLT & Post Completion requirements are met with minimal support and assistance.
